Id do a lot to get get my hands on this document, but if its out in the public domian already i guess there is a chance i will come across it. A question for you, if this the document contains proce sensitive info should it be rns'd?

My gimuess is bio have made some documents avialable either to us regulators or prospective investors in bio itself.

This share is certainly a slow burner. I dont grasp the science behind our test like some of the contribhtors here but want to make some attempt at understanding the timeframes to reaching commercialisation set out in recent rns.

25 september - JV with Bio set to conclude

US CLIA accreditation: As announced on 17 June 2024, BIO to register its first US accredited lab with the FDA for the CIZ1B LDT test in September 2024.

(Whats this to conduct the clinical trials?)

BIO plan to achieve CLIA certification for the LDT in November 2024, with an anticipated product launch and insurer reimbursement code achievement by April 2025.

(Is the april 25 date when the product is expected to be on the market in USA?)

Previously they have been particularly vague with timeframes - share price might get volatile if missed.

How important is Bio jv to the timelines ciz gave? What happens if it doesnt come off?

From memory they were barred from selling at ipo for some weeks by which time the price had dropped. Agree with the sentiment though, dont invest our cash

Will shares remain suspended until the court case is decided one way or the other? I dont have a subscription, interested to read a summary if this is available elsewhere. Civil or criminal proceedings? I'm not optimistic of a quick conclusion, the americams love a good court battle, lawyers always the real winner.

Wyndrum the company was already in net liability position so any impairment to IM would just increase the net liabilities.

Why would it become insolvent due to IM? I dont believe there is any cdebt payable as a result of the JR (although please correct me if i am wrong)

A couple of questions in case someone can point me in the right direction. 1)if decision has been made to reject harls request for governmentguarantee would the market be considered to be already be aware of this price sensitive information given countless newspaper articles? 2) is the obligation to inform the market of price sensitive information affected by suspension of shares?

Kaeren exactly that. Accounting standards leave a lot to interpretation so you need to win over your auditor with convincing argument. I always think the relationship isnt as independent as it should be considering client pays for the service. The trouble with what you say is we could be looking to fill a revenue gap in the following year. From experience accounts are very often late - the issue here is its a listed company and shares are now suspended. Hardly in shareholders best interest. Perhaps they have one eye on the bonus pot (reaching key kpi's). It is what it is. Financing is the real worry. I work in a highly leveraged industry and can attest to many many companies facing severe difficulties paying the bills with interest rates where they are.

I work on tax side of things but often see auditors taking a different stance to companies on revenue recognition. Directors always want to recognise contract revenue as early as possible - its a zero sum game (either this year or the next) so just a question of timing. I cant help but question why harl have allowed the share to be suspended on this topic. Stinks of window dressing and would expect the unaudited revenue figure given this morning to go down. This topic did tesco a lot of damage a few years ago. What it tells me is harl are more intent on meeting their revenue estimate for the year than they are good governance and contract recognition in line with accounting standards. Not great optically but not the end of the world

Martin Lang has held 9% since february 23. Together with associates he has increased his interest to 10%? Why does the box for previously notifiable position not show his previous holding? Makes it sound like he has just acquired a full 10%.

Perhaps only cizzle have signed the mou. Nowhere in the rns does it say bio had signed when the rns was released.

@neilin if the cash was in the bank on 29 march (when accounts signed note 24 (post balance sheet events) would not say 'will receive' in relation to the 100k payment.

Im not saying it wont come just that in all likehood it hasnt yet been deposited. I dont think its out of the ordinary for companies to prioritise holding onto cash - i certainly would hand over 100k at the last possible moment and would want to be confident the deal will progress given its non refundable

I would say cash not yet receieved. Note 24 (post balance sheet events) to accoubts states company 'will receive' 100k... given they were signed yesterday i would expect this statement to say cash has been received. Will digest the rest this evening

Pure speculation - is the accusation related to this years equity raise from our prominent investor.

Hash theres a lot of anti avoidance rules in the uk to prevent loss buying - it doesnt stack up tgat anyone would buy superdry for tax losses. There isnt a market for these in the uk. The current business would have to earn them out by making taxable profits

Its also pretty much 1st line in the trading update rns
