I will protect my interests when I'm holding a few million shares as will others who have been around for quite some time and also wish to protect their interests and their investments. There may be genuine newbie investors who haven't seen these articles and don't know where to look, as there are so many sources of information, so it helps to post for those in this position, and all Mac is doing is trying to help these people as well, along with Tilly, Ian, CA, and other long term holders. Eurasia Mining have singed a cooperation agreement with the ERDC, ‘Far East and Arctic Region Development Corporation’.
The ERDC falls under the remit of the Russian Ministry for the Development of the Far East and Arctic.
The cooperative agreement should enable Eurasia to obtain further state support along with tax and non-tax benefits for projects within the agreement.
Eurasia state “Due to their location in the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation, the Kola Projects have been included in and will be significantly enhanced by the ERDC Agreement.”
“Investor support in the Arctic is granted and managed through ERDC and the management company "The Capital of Arctic LLC", a joint venture of the Government of the Murmansk Region and ERDC that has the state mandate for business development and support of investment projects in the Arctic.
The implementation of a special economic regime in the Arctic promotes private investment in mining, creation of new and modernization of existing industrial facilities and the development of new mines.
The regime should assist with land use rights for all Eurasia's projects in the Arctic and investment and business support for Eurasia and incentives such as a a 50% reduction in the NDPI, mineral resources mining tax and a partial repayment from the budget of social security contributions, so that the effective current rate of social security contributions would be 7.6% as well as other non-tax benefits.
The ERDC should also help with the contracting of hydropower for to further Eurasia’s ESG credentials
The 10-year term of the ERDC Agreement could see some RUB3bn (US$40m) of financial support to help generate >200 jobs in the Artic.

that's the whole point, there may not need to be a vote! Everyone is assuming there will be a vote, but that's only if it's over 75% of the assets, and if it's a sale of parts say, then it won't be necessary, they will just confirm sale at whatever price and divi will be such and such.

next Confirmation Statement (Statement of Capital) (Share Capital) has to be completed by end of January! Will it be necessary? Will EUA1 have gone? with a transfer of some assets to EUA2?

if you look back to 1998 the share price was 95p so near enough to £1!

Neither is it yours Long. Just have some sympathy though for others. I hate all this gloating, I've got so many, and I'll take this, blah blah blah. I'm sure you had a moniker of 9" nail or similar in a previous life Long, but if you have shorted, just zip it, and have a little bit of empathy for investors who have had to watch the sp be battered down on a number of occasions by the bears. Off out for a walk on this fine sunny but cold afternoon!

I think it's best to stop guessing on the sp upon sale, as we don't know what assets will be sold, if any, in what order, if fragmented, nor their actual value. Let's just wait and hope news is not far away whatever the outcome.

I hope by substantial, it will be a lot more Long. I am not one thankfully, but there are many who bought in at over £1 years ago and even if they've tried to average down, might still be stuck at more than 50p! I think it is selfish to say you'd be happy with that, when you've shorted this share and made your gains by robbing others. It's just a pity the company didn't move us from AIM to the junior FTSE after the suspension issue, it would have stopped the likes of you and the other shorting crews in your tracks, and we wouldn't have to see you gloat, like WandGrabbit also, who has done the same, along with Calamari, (TW), Onassis, and the whole tribe.
