Might be me, but didn't the massive increase in trades last week correlate spookily with the increased number of posts by Abman - now seemingly gone to ground? The trade volumes unfortunately usually give a window on the future - as a result I'm not banking on anything pre-AGM. Saving grace is the Directors buying at similar prices (although weren't there similar sized 15m sales last week) - hmmmm.

TP - I hope for the former, but experience and guts tell me it's the latter. Abman gone particularly quiet - any views?

M1. I agree with you that the funder must be happy with their position (and this may be in part due to this new evidence). We just need to get a positive annulment or all the new idence in the world won't help. Eyes down for the 20th

M1 - not sure I follow you. 1. Do we get our stay of costs. If yes, good, but doesn't affect the decision or timing of any decision. 2. If we get annulled (could be many, many months for any decision), then of course good, but we still haven't won. 3. The ROI will then start up the same tedious process yet again, no doubt with some other c0ck and bull fairy tale excuse and we wait for more years. This time, however we will hopefully be able to use this new explosive evidence that DQ has now found. Based on ROI's intransigence, I've no doubt they'll try and walk this into 2020..... Happy to be proved wrong.

And therein lies your problem. Judge, jury and executioner. They'll maintain their fairy story verdict with no concerns on comeback. If not they'll look pretty stupid.
