G-G-G, sorry to hear of your losses, I’m in a similar boat and will continue to hold in short term. Although I concur with your views, I sense that the project is still on and CMEC will take NCCL out, which keeps me here.

Your posts have been greatly appreciated and always provided great insight.

I’m sure you’ll make the gains in the future to wipe away these losses.

I wonder if Xi’s policy will apply to projects in the pipeline or just the ‘new’ projects.

This may explain timing of signing EPC contract and lack of fanfare.

Time will tell.

On a wider point, It’s immoral that the people of Mozambique/ Malawi are prevented from accessing a secure power supply to develop due to misguided views in the developed world.

Is anyone collating numbers of how many shares have been sold since the placing?

Also, who is buying them ?

Strange when news on tariff is supposedly so close. I would welcome any views on this given lack of official news.

G-G_G, its evident that Hanno isn’t concerned with the share performance, his focus is on delivering the project. I’m remain hopeful that we are close to the conclusion of the project and that shareholders will get some benefit.

On the latest investor call Elizabeth commented that the comms are not geared to ‘pumping the share price’. Such a pity as it needed pumping before the placing !!

It’s hugely frustrating, but unless we are prepared to crystallise huge losses, we have to await the overdue news and trust that shareholders will be rewarded for patience.

This will be my last foray into AIM, the governance and the risks attached very rarely justify the returns.

CF73- I’m sure all the principles have been agreed.

Pity news didn’t land on time 6 months ago.

If it had we would have gone beyond 10p and on tariff news 20p plus.

G_G_G - spot on. I would also add that on the investor call, there was reference to SF taking keen interest and approving the communications with the market / shareholders.

Hopefully his input will ensure the messaging hits the spot. His continued involvement and input provides me with reassurance to counter Hanno’s lack of experience and casual nature.

We’ve come so far to get to this point, it would be a travesty for the project to fall over at this late crucial stage.

I continue to hold and feel a lot more confident this week than I did last!

Let’s hope so G_G_G this week has been a shocker. I’m hoping that Hanno can offer more than the previous ‘good progress’ type guff and provide some demonstrable evidence of progress and achievable timescales.

The information provided to the investors in the placing must have given more reassurance than we currently have.

I’ve continued to hold and will review following Tuesday’s q and a.

The major concern is that SF didn’t commit more to the placing given his previous appetite purchase at much higher levels up until April. It will be interesting to know what has changed.

G_G_G one small crumb of comfort from this sorry mess is that those investors who have subscribed to the placing (and more warrants!) have done so to make a quick return.

If that’s the case, the share price will need to increase and hopefully to a level that will give us all a chance to exit.

This is preferable to an insolvency situation that would allow others to pick up the project under a separate entity.

The timing and the manner that this placing has been executed stinks, but it may just facilitate the conclusion of the project and potential sale, albeit not at the level we previously envisaged.

This is the last chance for this Hanno/ NCCL to deliver. There’s no more raise/ debt options available when the tank runs dry.

Hanno is ‘ pleased to have successfully completed the fund raise which ensures the Company is adequately capitalised to complete the next phase…’.

Whereas I’m stunned that SF, Hanno and other board members didn’t fully subscribe given how ‘close’ we are to delivering on the main project.

Deeply concerning and look forward to understanding how this is the best solution to our short term funding issues.

Don’t worry Maddog38, nothing positive will happen here until any of the following occurs:

- Finance issues resolved- Loan/ warrants.
- Scott Fletcher increases his shareholding.
- Positive new on Tariff.

Otherwise we’re all stuck here as liquidity is poor and selling at these levels crystallises losses for most holders.

Yes, it’s a massive gamble and all investors/ gamblers should be comfortable with the risks.

With the benefit of hindsight, I wouldn’t be so exposed here. I started buying in 2017 and accumulated mainly after ScottFletcher bought in, thinking the project would be delivered much sooner, just like Hanno!

When SF became a NED, this gave me further confidence that the project was close and that he was on board to help deliver and use the proceeds to roll into another venture, which transpired to be the solar/ renewables projects.

This will either result in being a great investment/ brave call or a very expensive lesson.

G_G_G your frustrations on Hanno s remuneration are understandable, however as I’ve stated before, if he delivers the main project it’s been worth every penny.

I’m as frustrated on the delays to the project, but we are only one part of the jigsaw here and Hanno isn’t in control of the other pieces.

I’m confident that the main project is now within reach and will maintain my holding until value is realised.

The current sp will be at these levels and possibly lower until funding is resolved. Unlike others, I don’t consider a placing at these levels to be approved by the major shareholders. A loan/ exercise of warrants/ possible funding from CMEC are more likely options.

I’m sure we’ll all look back at this time as an unbelievable buying opportunity. I’m already deep in here, so buying more at this time not an option for me.

CF73, I concur with your views. Although this ne s didn’t cover all the current issues, it certainly gives reassurance that progress is being made and CMEC are fully on board.

I’m on hols, hence the late response. I can relax now that we have some comfort that we reaching a conclusion that will realise the potential of NCCL.

Once funding sorted, sp will get back to a more realistic level.

Your view on negotiations to sell the project could be spot on, the company would only be required to notify shareholders if there was a formal bid. The Board being in a closed period may hint that this is the case.

G-G-G, I’m in a similar position and had hoped for news by now given the messaging from Elizabeth last week.

The way the comms have been handled is v poor and the sp is reflective of the market sentiment towards the prospects of delivering the main project.

If it hadn’t been for SF buying in and taking an ND role I wouldn’t have committed substantial investment into the company. That Investment is currently massively underwater and potentially gone.

All is not lost yet, but the absence of any news doesn’t inspire any confidence in the ability to deliver on the project that we invested in.

IF he gets the tariff agreement over the line or sells the project onto CMEC he has been worth every penny.

Garykc, not insane but a gamble in the current circumstances. The overdue news that is ‘imminent’ could deliver multiples of the current sp, however if it doesn’t provide sufficient reassurance, the sp will be under pressure due to the uncertainty around funding and the main project.

The buys from SF in April and the importance of the project to a number of powerful players provides me with some comfort the negotiations on main project is close to conclusion and the board will provide a loan to cover potential funding required to get over the line.
