Wage and salaries cost 2,284,000 / 12 staff = 190k average salary.
One thing I did notice they have just over £1.1 million for a merger reserve!
All this with just 12 employees. Pretty good and congratulations for what they have achieved with such a small group.
USA have to wait until 2025.
Reading the 2.2 notes doesn't sound too promising.
Can't see the share price going anywhere for a while. Sold out this morning, I don't hold many shares but too long term for me now. They have potential of massive market but with everyone else doing the work cash flow won't be coming in steadily and milestone payments may not be enough or delayed as they say in these notes. Will keep an eye on the share in future.
Good luck to everyone here though. Keep hard👍
There hasn't been much talk on the following statement .
"Additionally, some NGLs were produced but not measured, as was anticipated in the planning phase. The presence of NGLs was demonstrated by samples from the flare line and by visible black smoke in the flare. Historically, NGL prices on the North Slope of Alaska have been similar or slightly below light oil prices and are therefore considered highly valuable. Further work is required to quantify the exact volume of NGLs, which 88 Energy intends to include as part of a maiden certified Contingent Resource assessment at Project Phoenix for the SFS reservoirs."
Similar price or just below light oil prices.
Look forward to hearing more
....if there is a RNS coming though this morning.
From a little search….Tim Thompson is no longer with YJ. He wasn’t even a director in YJ. Tim is now at Flagstaff Communications which he is director of.
YJ did have a few directors but on companies house shows they resigned in 2019, four of them anyway apart from one of them Dominic Barretto who is director but their website show’s the others as partners? They must have had it in their little note book to watch lol
Must have been the reason why the price finished higher after a bring down to 107. People in the known, must have heard about the about the Proactive clip this afternoon.
All good though??
Let’s hope the amendment takes off some of those awful names we are associated with
Can anyone tell me why we don’t see the large trades on here, but you can on London stock exchange website?
Did anyone else see the letter of support from the same agency to Block that was released today too? Seems as though someone in the office has been told to send out some support letters???
Can’t believe how quiet the board is considering where we are in the price today especially with the after hour trades showing on LSE but not here.
I’m taking a bit out tomorrow. I only have a thousand shares which I bought at 330. I’ve literally had the worse luck with shares ever, and literally I mean the worse, so I’m going to take out a third out tomorrow and pay off my credit cards and let the rest ride until we know what the figures are like. I just know then at least I’ve done something good.
Fingers, toes and everything else crossed for the future in all ways.
Yeah anyone can jump on it if they use us!!!......
ExpressTest uses the gold standard PCR test ??
So in the AGM, it was stated that there are in excess of 25,000 share holders, most of who are private individuals. So with this in mind the the average share holder holds 3,120.
When institutes and funds buy i, no wonder why this will keep heading one way when they want to get in.
Ah thanks. Didn’t read that one through all the messages over the weekend!????
Looks like Hope is getting bored waiting too.
Sorry, pushed return too quick.
I’ve had so much bad luck with shares ever since I’ve started buying. I remember buying FRR when they were in the high pennies, years ago, thinking back then I’m going to be money healthy by the time I’m 30. Then literally stayed in and bought wrong. 12/13 years down the line, no way.
Always seems to buy the rotten veg, XEL, RRL, SOU, they were the big ones but loads in between. So many I can’t even remember the names off.
Never made any money but then always knew the risk. I’ve have lost a lot of money to me over the years in doing so, however it became a hobby of mine logging in and checking share prices, reading messages even though it never gave me any positive money but I’ve enjoyed reading about companies whilst everyday life is going on and explore the world of markets even though it never gave me any gains.
I have always followed FFR and only just really follow now on the whats app and I’ve had the opportunity to switch off LSE because any money I have invested in any shares has just gone, it’s not been worthwhile. It’s been quite nice switching off. It’s only in the last few weeks I’ve come back on to follow NCYT. So after much deliberation after so much bad luck in shares I thought I would buy a little with what I have spare. 2k worth in the last couple of days, so I’ve missed the big moves but hopefully it maybe will double my money at some point and now to me that would be awesome. I’m not looking at a fortune now but just doubling my money would be amazing after so many wrong decisions. However I still have my 3 million shares in FRR and I still believe in some hope in these. Went to all the meetings in London when they were on even as a small holder thinking one day maybe this will work out good, still hoping today that these will become some value to us all and hope everyone else out there holding on too will.

When a CFO jumps ships, you should jump ship too.
Now we see why Mary jumped a long time ago. Many people questioned why she left..... actually it was all very quiet, now we look back and think we know exactly why and obviously that was the right choice she made, however we were not to know that but sometimes there are signs and this was obviously one of them.
Mary saw the signs and didn’t like what she saw, good on her.
Shame on us for drinking free wine on the top of the Gherkin. Apparently it cost ten grand to hire for the evening, that’s the amount I’ve lost to me, to me I’m never going to get that back but I tell you what, that evening, I felt the Gherkin was mine. My memories, my lose.
Kickmuck what’s your views on all the shenanigans?
Could this be a genius collaboration of our legal team and our legal man Levan?
If you look at his expertise of Corporate Law, Commercial/Business Law, Oil and Gas Law, Contract Negotiations, Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Project and Corporate Finance, Financial Services and International Commercial Arbitration. I think they came up with this game plan and let's hope it is a stroke of genius work to benefit FRC and all who has supported it through the rough times and let's HOPE it is now plain sailing??
I think Maple are our legal counsel, not Hope's.
