I was under the impression the Tempus agreement was a partnership where Avacta gained access to their data sets and they gained access to Avactas data. A mutually beneficial relationship.

As much as I think it’s morally $hit to short life saving companies, the mechanism does keep the market honest. All sorts of companies would warp part of what they did to be ‘life saving’ to grab into this too… Ambulances don’t run without fuel etc..

BP and avacta are waiting to see the results on treatment naive patients, once this has happened there will be partnerships. Of course there is incomplete information . Don’t feel sore Geeman, thanks for pointing these out. From what I’ve read and what we’ve witnessed with avacta, interim results in all phases of trials happen.

Busy at work AVCT but it’s relatively common Google/Co pilot is your friend..

I think there is precedent for interim readouts in P1b trials. Whether that happens or not is anyone’s guess.

The stage of the trial. With less heavily pre treated patients, the results coming from the P1b expansion indications will be when they start ‘singing it from the rooftops’. I think now,with some very ‘promising’ results, isn’t the best time to have maximum impact.
