That was my concern, which part of the field are they claming back, surely this wouldn't have been offered out if there was an ongoing claim like this going through the courts so i'd like to think we are safe. Plus if the ruling affected the diamond deal for vast i would persume we would have RNS to that effect as it would be price sensitive.

Before what? Nothing has changed since then and now? The only thing that has changed is that the funding drawdown confirmation hasn't come like most expected and we are 6 days further past the imminent signing of the MoA.

seems like it would be safer to assume the opposite, can't remember the last time I saw a company not RNS as TR1 drawdown completion seen as it is price sensitive information

Whether it has risen 66% in the last 2 weeks and dropped 4% in the last 2 hours is irrelevant, his point is still valid. This is a very risky share untill it is significantly derisked with the drawdown complete RNS and more importantly the diamond signing RNS

there has been very few automatic trades as sells, MM's will continue to play around with the Bid and Ask to accumalte some shares before letting this move up
