Setting aside some possible 'loose lips', the BOD of EUA have largely or totally fabricated the MT resources, conned Sinosteel into issuing them a $170M construction contract, and lied to the Russian authorities on their licence applications... knowing that all this will lead to their ruin and likely imprisonment.
