Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Dont fancy them at this price. Will wait a bit I think
FYI
Might as well get on here first for the IPO. Good luck to all!
As a retail investor you can sell as soon as they hit your account there is no lock-in.
Only existing shareholders of the company being floated and Institutional Investors have lock-ins to avoid the share price crashing.
Listing is Friday - see attached note on Investor page of CBX website:

Fundraise was 13x oversubscribed apparently. Roughly 6,000 retail investors took 1/4 of the shares on offer (68,000,000 in total). c190,000,000 went to the IIs.
Roll on Friday with my huge £600 worth of 5p shares ;-)

HL have it under SOP.
Spiked to 20p immediately.
Bought last week on back of news reports and pleased to see strong performance since.
Anyone else in here?
Any views on long term price?
all the way to the preliminaries I reckon!
Nice rise today after the tree shake earlier in the week. Managed to but in at 140 that day but missed the 120 on offer. Never mind. Back into the 150+ territory next week ...
FYI - I understand that the trading statement will be issued this Thursday.

William Hill now up 2% as well....
Loving the constant upwards trend as well. Even when the wider market is struggling. Where do we settle at I wonder?
Must admit that the steady rise and buying volume over the past month has been really pleasing. Roll on 120p. GLA
A very positive RNS resulted in a 1% rise - must have been priced in during the build up to the RNS (as usual). I for one am happy to stay for the long term here. Revenue up, customers up, new acquisition to bed in. What more can one ask for?!
Great start to the week! Long may it continue!
Knew this Company was a little star but as with all AIM stocks you never know. Can't hide the fact that I'm mega chuffed with the recent share price improvement and the obvious momentum. Great company with cracking prospects!
Hi all I appreciate that there is an election looming (with no clear winner) and that May is general the time for a bit of a sell off pre summer but is there any rational reason for the recent drop in share price considering how well the company is performing? Thanks B
today. Any thoughts as to why. Surely it can't be because of the AGM!?
Some chunky buys last week!
