Just had a thought mr Heddle if you read any of this. Start a tunnel borer at telfer and tunnel to havieron. Everything that comes out of the tbm goes through the wash. By the time you get there You will have paid for the tunnel. It looks like wall to wall gold anyhow. Stick a conveyor in it and save trucking overland. Oooops. Seen that somewhere before but at least this time the spoil that comes out of the tbm may have value. Cost you about2 billion and will take about 2 years. Good timescale. Just about works
