caveat/correction...basically appear to be getting approx £3.224p against each order number, but with H&B/Amazon sales this appears to have reduced to approx £3.105p against each order. I did propose that order numbers are linked to numbers of packets shipped/stock control. 1 packet shipped the order number sequence increases by 1. 2 packets shipped then it increases by 2. 100 packets shipped it increases by 100. If this is the case, and only if its' the case then one could say the values above are then for each packet shipped.

First stock order was for approx £41K cost (to cover approx £135K worth of sales).
The second stock order was received around 5 Sept 18 and the results should show how much this was for.
and if it was for another £40K then they will have received ordered and received a third stock order in the last 2 or 3 months.
Again...I don't know this for sure, just based on sales estimated and what was recorded in the last 2 sets of accounts.

Sorry Sphinx I haven't had chance to really study the RNS's. As you say, it can all be in the wording - good or bad.
Example: 'More than 90 regional consumer healthcare brands have now been launched by direct customers of DSM, and a number of further regional brands have been launched through DSM's distributor channels.' What they don't say is that many of these launches didn't hold up and the products and/or companies have fallen by the wayside.

I also note that PXS appear to be paying out a sales rebate against FF+O sales (assume this is only to H&B).
They mention it a couple of times in the Trading Update.
'An increase in revenue net of sales rebates from the Company's Fruitflow+ Omega-3 business, including Holland & Barrett, the Company's website www.fruitflowplus.com and Amazon UK. This business grew by 34% to £98k, net of sales rebates, in the year (2018: £73k).'

Not sure if Gixer can find out more on the Qin Drink relaunch and whether or not it really does contain FF. The original Govt Docs have expired too. But this is the translation I made at the time. 31.5 metric tonne of FF2 per year or 630 metric tonne of FF1 per year or 210,526,315 doses per year if they make the 80,000 tonne figure. Weight of Qin drink was estimated as the same weight as water. 1,000,000 ml = 1 tonne.

I've changed the multiplier and all things being equal they should hit the £90,000 mark.

Hi sphink...My FY estimate = £101,746 and the Actual per PXS was £98,000.
In my calculation I kept my multiplier the same throughout but obviously the H&B & Amazon sales reduced the margins and would have reduced the multiplier.
I wasn't too far out though.

Nah! BBN was just being his usual honest and straight down the line looking at facts sort of chap. The SP right now is pants... And he's right, the future isn't a done deal yet. BMN is only a one kiln mining company right now and will be traded and treated like one by many. Last years SP rise had several things going for us. The V price rise, warrants being exercised and company debt reduction, liquidity of shares and plenty of buyers.
This year, we have seen the V price drop, a declared short, liquidity dry up a bit as those who are in have been holding tight and no new shares coming to market.. But and its a Big But... BMN is only a few weeks away from changing the whole company profile from a one trick pony to a around eventer...4 kilns to secure production, 2 production sites giving greater production diversity and a third new facility for BE who again have already got their Lease Agreement sorted, electrolyte production can be facilitated in the meantime at the Vanchem site until London is ready. They have two battery companies the are working with and indictations are they would like to invest direcy into one or more battery companies... Etc etc... So much going on BUT it hasn't all been nailed yet..
VANCHEM will be the game changer... The positives still outweigh the negatives IMHO....

They haven't all been A trades and some haven't registered on other sites... Either LSE have a bit of a glitch or???

Any thoughts regarding the 1.5m sells which seem to have been going through for some time at 0.30 and why the LSE site has been stuck on an SP and Bid of 0.30.
Fundraiser without fees...same as last time?
RNSs timed 60days prior to end Sept which is closed period.. And PXS used to class this as a time when not only Directors couldn't trade but they wouldn't talk to shareholders either.
PXS has until Sept audit to get as much income in and Fundraiser sorted to get going concern status. Unpaid and future potential income is not applicable.
If Qin drink does contain FF and new factory has been built and production to gear up as they originally stated in their planning application then this could be one they referred to in the RNS as it is being produced by the dairy division of a much larger company. AA income in H1 results should give a good indication if production volumes are high.
Running a tight ship is one thing but right now just two employees is thin and what happens should either one fall ill...
BTW there are in fact two close allies in the By-Health camp... The chappie who used to work for PXS and the lady who is from same facility as O'Kennedy.

REMX's holding in BMN started reducing on 10 June (report date).
They appear to be reporting the reductions based on the trades going through the day before.
Looking at the SP range for the trading days immediately before their report days, out of the 11 days they have reported a reduction there were only 3 days when the SP did not hit 26p.
These 3 days were the trading days of 19 & 20 June and 4 Jul.
So has REMX agreed to offload their BMN shares to ???? at 26p and that's perhaps part of the reason we are stuck in this holding pattern.
