Seems to have broken the 1st and 2nd resistance points. Certainly doesn't take much to really move the price.

Nothing wrong with caution chikungfunk, know some investors are waiting for actual results and to see trend line firmly broken before committing, Might not get the best price, but more sure of the investment. Its how you feel about it thats important, if you have any stock you don't feel comfortable with you should sell.

guys its water under the bridge now, my top tip for this year and a really well run company is opti...please take a look, you will be glad you did.

Nice to see Mr.Market almost calling the btm of the slight retrace. For my money as well as a few investors we also have traders trying to get back in. They offloaded with a view to getting back in cheaper, which has been successful in the past but not this time...mood has changed, with the realization that the revenues are now coming in as planned, and that launches due next year and beyond could see our products sold under licence in 20X the number of outlets than now.

So clearly miss management, and not those that complained about miss management, although the company ultimately tried to shift the responsibility onto them.
Which demonstrated the lowest of the low standards, and their almost criminality actions which resulted in the debts not being paid, and those who held those debts would not have looked kindly at that kind of behaviour from a board which should be exemplary ....little wonder they in essence shut the company down, as being seen as "unfit to be in charge".

yes we saw some traders taking advantage of the rise this morning. seems the part retrace has halted . I'd expect to see a slow upward climb from here. Also wondering if SOH will drop us another christmas present at 07:00 hrs tomorrow.

With the arm business model firmly in place I can also see opti growing relentlessly over the next 5 years. Very happy with my holding.

I often see posted comments that our P/E ratio is to high, however if we look at the historical data from another great company amazon we see a different picture.
A very high PE ratio is not necessarily a warning sign that expectations have become too high. To take a classic example, Amazon trailing PE ratio climbed from over 70 at the beginning of 2011 to 130 by the middle of the year. But the stock climbed 46% in that same period and rose relentlessly over the next five years. If a firm can meet the expectations implied in a high PE ratio, then it can pay off.
With Opti growing at over 80% annually, even at this years revenue SOH is quite correct that true value right now should be well over a pound.

however now its been proven that the business model is sound and that revenues are starting to pour in, I'd expect a much faster than normal rise in this share price for 4 reasons.
1. Previous drop from the 70's proven to be on unfounded fears of essential poor returns, more deals have been done since then and sales are becoming established in many countries.
2. Very large number of "trapped bulls" from the run up to 130p, and a long time in the 80 plus range. They will not sell before they see a decent return on their investments.
3. Further reduced liquidity, with the shares we saw changing hands over the last couple of months many like the previous poster and myself are holding for some serious returns on our investments. Its on the records the sort of return I'm expecting.
4. Not "jam tomorrow", with confirmed and repeated 80% annual growth bringing in hard cash, about to make the company self sufficient.

We were always going to see some profit taking after a good initial rise as traders take some profit. This replaces liquidity and i wouldn't be surprised to see resumption of upward trajectory once they have cleared out. Perfectly normal and highly encouraging.

I dont know the answer to your question, neither would I ask SOH as you would not a reply. Company should never reveal actual contract details, as we have many hundreds yet to sign, and would give away company private information to potential third parties, or make such information highly sellable. My summary was more a generalization, without exact details. Others may have more experience with other companies to answer your question.

Think its important to understand why we have SOH saying second half results X5-X6 first half results which were 148,810 . That disappointment caused the main price crash from the high 70's.
That equates to 744,050-892,860 range for the second half accounts. Next we have SOH saying "over a million £'s revenue this year", which is even more.
Full year results on set up companies have their results due on the set up anniversary, optis being end Nov, not end Dec.
So for accounting and reporting purposes, its money in ad received by that date not end of year. (I also have the same problem with my company).
However when you are paying your customers be it for materials or royalty payments, no one normally pays until they have to...thats standard accounting practice, so if you have to pay your royalties say by the end of the year, we can see that it could easily arrive in Dec, and although earnt during the year, and would be received during the actual year making SOH correct, it might not fall within the "accounting year", which would be less.

Now 50 deals already in the bag following the announcement today. SOH to now focus on "rapid sales growth", now a lot of the groundwork in getting deals is done and training the companies sales teams. We have a small expert team, but the many companies we've licenced with have multiple teams apiece. Indeed some like Seed have been voted one of the top 10 new USA new companies, which gives a feel of whats coming. They are all going to be working hard to produce increasing revenue, and already seen a 15t order for slimbione which is not small beer or jam tomorrow. Seems we also have some new products coming out as well. This company is clearly very well run and organised and one of the best bits of news we've had this year without doubt. Seems like we are just about witnessing a rapid increase in the all important income.

Indeed you are both right, must confess I'd found the information about the product launch just before the RNS but only through diligent research. Still seeing stupid negative posts from at least one poster with whom I tried to reason, my thoughts being was it a disillusioned investor or just a disruptive troll. Nothing wrong with negative posts if backed by proper research and discussion which have not been seen. However in this case I believe a well known saying is appropriate. " If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck......."

The cost of the AGM's was a shell excuse, a sham to try and point the blame anywhere bar where it should have stood.. Crooks in charge of the company. If the company was in such dire straights why would they try to shell out a fortune for an aerial plane that they did not need. This fact would not have been lost on the creditors, who could see how it was being run and pulled the rug sooner than later. If it had been properly run stock prices would be doing well now.
