Very reduced liquidity with this stock, with a couple of dozen serious investors holding a very large percentage of the free float, along with our biggest holder SOH and the institutions.
Know several investors that I have talked too, firmly believe we are still very undervalued and right now we are seeing clear signs of jam today, and the promise of a pot full tomorrow. They are not thinking of selling any yet by a very goodly margin, and I fully share those sentiments.
This is just the initial start, the warm up act for things to come.
Hardest thing soon will actually be obtaining the stock.

Launch has just started. This product is among several that have been scientifically acclaimed , and as an example their online shop is listing the products as "best sellers".

H and B online shop now indicating 100 plus sold in last 48hrs. Certainly starts to answer the question whether it will sell. still early days of course, and it is an introductory discount.

Getting reports that Slimbione is the main front window display in all the shops as the stock comes in. Staff are being trained as to its virtues. Prices are certainly attractive and priced to shift large quantities.

We have heard through the grapevine that seed sales are soaring, although opti only gets a small percentage of royalty due to many ingredients it all adds up.
They use good photography and modern advertising like instagram.

excellent explanation shandypants, nice to see revenues growing at an impressive pace. I've been following the H and B online sales, and they are also listed as a top seller.
Although not brilliant for us it is re-assuring that if the company needs access to finance, it can easily sell another couple of percent in SBTX. Far better than the dreaded rights issue.
Seems a few other investors are also coming to same idea as seeing a slow rise todaY.

However to maintain balance its not actual cash received yet, so if the debitor was to go bust or refuse payment it wouldn't count.
Little wonder TW is topping up..he's no fool, despite what some think.

My take on this is company year ends nov 19, expect many payments ie: royalties have to be received by year end.
Most companies dont pay bills before they have to, so will leave it till the bitter end, but could be out of our accounting year so count as debtors. If you take that into account, year figs were very good indeed. However cannot be counted as not received.

I think the major reason is large holders like Yorkshire Seed Fund who hold 11% of the company. Over the past few years they have been offloading as per their strategy of investing in start up ventures.
However having a lot of capitol tied up here means they cannot function as intended and are indeed not accepting new ventures currently.
They have tried selling on the open market, but due to illiquidity it drops the share price when faced with the quantities they operate with. Getting onto a market where a lot more funds understand our business (especially after a USA launch), will allow access to much more funding and allow a more orderly exit. Last thing they want is after giving seedcorn funding to Opti and getting a great business going is to crash the stock into the floor by aggressive selling.
We have seen repetitive big chunky sells in the past which stopped out rises and depressed prices, this should stop this and hopefully give rise to tighter dealing spreads as liquidity improves.

Very pleased that we are heading for a nasdaq dual listing this year. The USA and many of the institutional and private investors that operate there are more in tune with the benefits that OPTI products offer.
Its no secret that our AIM market is very limited and restrictive, so some of our largest holders like YSF cannot offload, like they normally like to do once the company becomes established to other institutions like they normally do. They have tried to do it on the open market and it causes price crash where everyone loses out.
Believe this will give increased liquidity, tighter deal spreads and higher stock prices well out weighing listing and running costs there.

One of the most important things we should concentrate on is "Do our products sell".
Although early doors the answer is clearly yes as the online shop for H and B indicates. just highlight one product and hover over a box and it tells you how many sold last 48hrs. Very encouraging.

Now the dust has settled, it seems initial negative reaction was overdone. Indeed many expected a greater drop and positioned themselves accordingly.
Indeed with most of those fears explained, like the Sweetbiotix news, realisation has suddenly occurred that current price is very attractive and probably the price should have risen instead of dropping. My money is on a rise Monday and I know of some investors that agree with this prognosis and will be topping up.

Hope to have the nasdaq launch in 2020. I’d like to see this dual listed.
