No one takes on extra highly skilled staff because they want to waste income or profits and no one is more focussed on this than SOH.
It's because the company and its sales are rapidly expanding..so more enquiries and markets are opening up, just too much work for the existing small team. I take this as being excellent news and futher proof of what is evolving with OPTI.

500% increase in sales for the first half of this year compared to last year. Is this good enough for you, straight to the bottom line. Or did you not do your research. All sections on track to move into profitability this second half. Another huge positive, so we have proven income stream increasing rapidly and a forward looking projection.

one thing is for sure, based on sales and company performance investor confidence in this stock is certainly returning.
This is the one driver that is key.

good buying pressure continues, actually expect the price to be higher than it currently is as we know how much opti can move on relative small volume.
think anything sub a quid is a good buy.

Believe its mainly due to the fact that in the USA prebotic stocks are more understood and sought after. Take seed for example. Coupled with the fact that our products can now be purchased in Walmart so is slowly becoming a household name.
Believe there are other reasons such as much more liquididy and demand for our stock there than here.
This will enable the very large holders of opti to move staock as they wish, as on aim it would and has previously just crashed the price.

Worth remembering you have got to be really careful what you say on these forums. Flippant remarks off the cuff can be seriously missinterpreted. I fell foul of this a while back when made a jokey comment that was not intended to be "racist" in any way, but our distributors in some regions have departments who scan all comments on all the boards (and this was on a restricted forum). Got back to me, that our CEO had to spend a fair amount of his time talking to a customer in consoling them that we were not racist or nationalistic in any way. I of course privately oppologised as no slur or insult was intended, and it was accepted. Without going into any details please be warned, as this is the truth.

I 'v been topping up agin myself recently. Firmly believe we are on the cusp of a serious price re rate driven by company performance.

the company is doing a really good job, no fears there. know many are concerned about the share price and we do have that consistant seller about.
know even some big institutions often offload to counter losses elsewhere.
I believe our transition to the us markets will sor that out overnight, where probotic and health stocks are much more widely recognised and sort after. being a product they can buy in walmart will aid that brand familiarity and increase demand. just sit back and put up your feet, this is a great winner.

company is really starting to do well. on facebook you can see loads of opti products being sold in many countries with each trickling in a groat or rupee each time. this derisks the stock in my viewpoinyt and allows me to take a serious position.

it is annual payments not monthly. its been clarified by a kind poster on advfn.
dont be dissapointed with the share price...take advantage.

SweetBiotix® sweet fibres agreement

Manufacture and commercialisation deal signed with US company



OptiBiotix Health plc (AIM: OPTI), a life sciences business developing compounds to tackle obesity, high

cholesterol and diabetes announces that it has entered into an agreement with a US company ("the US Company") for the purpose of large scale manufacture and commercialisation of a number of SweetBiotix® products.



The agreement grants the US Company an exclusive worldwide license in return for it bearing the costs relating to product manufacturing, marketing, and all future costs relating to the commercialisation of a number of SweetBiotix® products.



OptiBiotix will receive a modest six-figure payment from the Company on signing the agreement and at 12 monthly intervals until product launch. Additional similar payments will be due on product launch plus royalties on all future product sales. Enhanced royalty payments will be made to OptiBiotix on sale of SweetBiotix® products by the Company to 11 application/innovation partners with whom OptiBiotix has been in long term discussions regarding exploring the use of SweetBiotix® products in dairy, cereal and beverage applications.



The US Company requires its identity and certain commercial terms of the agreement to remain confidential to protect its commercial launch plans.



Stephen O'Hara, CEO of OptiBiotix, commented: "We are pleased to announce this agreement for SweetBiotix®, a family of products based on the concept of creating a sweet fibre with a low glycaemic index which enhances the microbiome. The agreement allows the US Company to invest in the large scale manufacture and commercialisation of a number of SweetBiotix® products in return for upfront, annual and product launch milestone payments, plus royalties on all future product sales.



"With concerns over the amount of sugar and lack of fibre in consumer diets creating high levels of diabetes and obesity, this agreement brings closer the prospect of replacing 'unhealthy' sugars with healthy sweet fibres which contain no calories and improving microbiome diversity and the benefits of SweetBiotix® technology to a global audience."

Certainly some excellent volumes today, worth bearing in mind those millions of shares have changed hands into investors who are expecting some serious returns for their money. A lot of the weak and nervous have now been shaken or stopped out.

The company has confirmed that there is nothing fundamentally wrong and we await the results of the second home tests.
Strange thing is these were targeted at those patients who had contracted COVID early , rather than later stage requiring hospital admission.
The first set of data I'm sure everyone agrees was stunning, we know the products work best the earlier our products are administered, so the second set of test data should on balance be even better.
