I’ve said before, we shouldn’t be bothered about P3. P2 too, in a lot of ways. AS jumped in to save Fiona and commented about how early PK data is the key turning point for the company. Mid year is a target of great importance.

Roundhowe - I’d love that to be the case. My point was centred around AS’s bearish view today, vs the Omicron RNS. It’s was very odd and needless.

I certainly find it strange that all of the time and effort gaining self use CE will result in a write off. It’s got to be worth the effort, given other tests are good enough for market. He implied it was a spike related issue.

Again, I hope and think the LFT should be pursued. But that interview gave me little hope. The FDA angle is a dreamy ramp, in my opinion.

If they don’t write it off, and AffiDX not available in time, they’ll just go with another product.

AS killed the LFT with that speech. It’s a shame ABDX will be impacted by this, too.

The timing is horrendous.

Good

- Fantastic that AVA is on track and key that early P1 data is likely to drive major value. This was stressed. This needed clarified.

- No need for cash. Good balance sheet. We’ll see how good in April.

- Plans for stateside 3996 still bullish.

Bad

- LFT is dead. Language like “trying to find…” was cringeworthy. Very concerning that in the RNS he stated that they viewed it as a remaining commercial opportunity, yet basically killed it with that speech. He should have repeated the RNS. Be consistent.

- Timelines between the two were all over the place. No consistency.

Nothing new, but not much help either. More fodder for the traders/shorts. Essentially got between now and June to make some money before the next inflection point.

Accumulate/hold depending on your appetite.

MrA - yes, we’ll observed. However, in increasing trial does by 50% in the current design, implies no toxicity experienced. What is the expected toxicity of standard dox? I.e. a lot has been achieved with this escalation.

Is Dox killing the tumour? This is what I am eagerly waiting and answer to.

RD - Agreed. Although, gone are the ramping P&D’s from this board. I see little ramping here. Twitter on the other hand is littered. Like the trolling, it appears to be conducted in unison.

The latest bash is centred around whether or not P3 is required and we’ll be waiting ages for any value attributed to AVA.

Who cares when and if P3 is required. No LTH should. When will we see AVA adding value?? If the data is positive - the summer will see us turn a massive corner.

I too am hoping for a bullish update on the LFT architecture. A plan to return to market will add value.

I’m not shocked we haven’t seen him. He can’t win until he has blockbuster data to share. Potential, however great and honest will be hammered in these conditions. We have traded sentiment for 18 months. Mostly because of AS’s expectation. Again, most likely honest.

I hope he’s been successful this week.

It’s all about timescales. The LFT is seen by the market as the only *immediate* income stream or SP driver.

Re AVA, the market wants hard no waffle proof from numbers.

As the market doubts the above is close to happening, they’ll continue to keep a lid on it. Thankfully Avacta is making huge strides in developing their crown jewel. 6months is far too long for some to wait. Not for me.
