Apologies if already posted. I can’t remember seeing the AVA data presented in this way. Slide 29 explicitly states a mouse XENOGRAFT model was used in the study, with the results being superb, as we now know in context.

Begs the question; why has AS been so quiet for so long?? I’d guess the wait is ensuring this study is as conclusive as possible, providing enough clues to predict efficacy.
