Like it or not, the nervousness is created by the excitement of expectation. Each week ‘DE2’ is due to blow the doors off. The longer we wait to here any update on the trial, the closer Mid year arrives. No updates and the market expects delays.

This is not AS. He’s learnt from the LFT, hence his stance on ‘next news due mid year’. The excitable PI community have created these nervous expectations.

It’s very noddy and not all that credible. We’re a couple of months away from monumental news - we’re over looking for cheap shout outs.

Yes Timster, agreed. Aldo was able to deliver 350mg/m2 and not adversely affect the heart. If we’re so specific, it matters not what the MTD is. It likely won’t be achieved.

So, no, it’s not competition. I’m also highlighting that it’s the chemistry that’s unique here. FAP specificity being king.

We should be concentrating on how specific FAP targeting is during this trial. ‘Exquisite Specificity’ is the Crown Jewel. For licensing and TMAC.

MTD is a bit of a red herring? We may never see one here. Aldoxorubicin finished their P1 dosing at 350mg/m2. We’re currently dosing at 120mg/m2. Their P1 was very successful.

On one hand it shows how much money (barely any) there is in manufacturing these tests.

Stats are poor: Sensitivity: 91.63%, Specificity: 99.84%

But who cares. Nobody, presently. I do hope they fix it in order to showcase the Affimer. Make a N/S test with no antibodies. Only Affimers. The market has gone though.
