Marc001, I am, in my opinion, fortunate to have only a small holding, having sold most out of frustration due to its boards inactivity about its share performance. Since then the sp has dropped massively. Had I held I would have lost more money than I would have been comfortable with. I now prefer to invest in other low carbon companies via funds.

Well you stick with the hunch strategy, and as can be seen with Bmn over the last few years, potentially loose money or wait years in a loss situation for that possible massive gain. It seems more like gambling than investing. to me.

Marc001, so what are you saying- there will be a rise one day and it will not continue, so buy now for that day? What happens then - does the share drop and drop? I would prefer to see the rise on good news and then buy in on solid news and performance rather than go on a hunch.

Mikinaman, good point re the football club analogy, however many supporters shout from the rooftops how great their team are, despite the fact that they are bottom of the league and about to be relegated!

Thanks Harchris for the explanation. Hopefully we have reasons for future growth and prospects; just wish the bod were more proactive on the PR front.

Harchris, the worry is that any funder wishing to recover their loan to BMN whilst the m cap is so low, could issue a winding up order and liquidate the assets to pay off debt - or am I misunderstanding the situation?

Fyoz, I agree. Perhaps the Government should divert the HS2 funding into green energy and its associated storage; I think it would be more beneficial than a speedier train journey!

I only mentioned the lack of your “my opinion” as you come across as so correct; an expert, as well as condescending to others that I thought you would welcome the opportunity to correct your unfortunate error. I am happy to post without stating my opinion as I consider in most cases it is apparent that it is an opinion, however your posts at times can give the impression that you are an expert on BMN; possibly more so than some of their Board, and it would be easy for viewers to consider them as factual. I was under the impression that for most companies that whatever they do, or even propose to do is reflected in the share price, but hey your point seems to be true for BMN in that nothing seems to be reflected in the way one would hope. I wonder why that is so. I think my point is self explanatory and despite your mischief making you know it. Bmn’s actions to grow the VRFB market are to be applauded, however the sp at the date of the April 1st RNS was circa 15.5p. It is now circa 5.5p! It doesn’t say much for the success it has delivered to their share price. But hey give them kudos.

Mr realistic, it doesn’t do our sp any good if companies are avoiding us for others: possibly more reliable?

Disciple13, many people in the past have made similar comments and have seen the sp halve and halve again!

UkSteveg, I am beginning to think that professional and institutional investors have no confidence in BMN ever delivering upon there talk, either any time soon, or indeed at all. Progress too slow, and too much complicated dilution of share ownership possibly?

Since the Senate passed the Climate Bill it appears to have created a rush of investors to renewables. I have gained substantially on 2 out of 3 of my green energy investments - come on BMN what is holding the investors back from investing in you!? It’s about time we saw some sp movement in an a upward trajectory.

Pdub, you possibly referred to me; if so you too have not correctly interpreted my original post, if so you would have realised that my strategy, as was that of LS , would have been to have sold at high levels to de risk and hold potentially free shares. But feel free to criticise in support of your vendetta against the slightest perceived negativity. Enjoy your day.
