London. Agreed, uncertainty for a South African penny share company is something we do not need. Hopefully there is a clear roadmap that will the rewards that surely are available for BMN ; my worry is the past history of comms from our Board, and also achieving those targets

Arcm101. Good points made in my opinion. I have said before that this positive spin an every aspect of news from BMN creates a false impression of the potential prospects available. Posters on this discussion board, despite the confidence of their posts, are not Directors of the company and are not privy to the full strategy and proposals of that board. This positive spin could and possible has drawn in investors who may subsequently regret their investment. I know before investing due diligence and investigation should be carried out, but I am sure these positive spins could form part of some investors investigations, possibly a major part; greed and FOMO is a strong force

Pdub, you may be puzzled; possibly much the same as many other shareholders could be in BMN as to why despite the rooftop shouting of the prospects by some , that the SP is well below its issue price! You mention RNS’s, all well and good but not good enough for the market to make any significant impact upon the sp. These are my views, you have yours, I do not question yours, so please be polite and reciprocate, instead as performing as some bar room barrister every time someone has a contrarian view to your own. Yes I am a holder of a few shares and I find, despite my liking of the green credentials, and hopefully good prospects for SP advancement, that being a holder very frustrating.

Lamp, they have a strategy, it is taking an age to deliver with missed deadlines, and the comms are appalling . Is the strategy correct, are they capable of delivering it? Questions need to be asked given the appalling share price decline,

If Bmn is to be considered to be a growth company, what way of reflecting that growth could be better than the share price performance. A plan has to be in place to achieve that growth and achieving that plan should result in an increasing share price otherwise what is the point of that plan. My view therefore would be to reflect Directors bonus purely on SP performance. Throughout my career I have been rewarded on profitability which generally is matched by SP increases

Invfun, That is always the danger with what appears to be an unloved share, particularly on Aim and with a board that promises a lot but is slow to deliver and update the market. The potential seems to be there but delivering it seems to be slow hardwork!

If the SPV or the main company goes into liquidation the remaining entity is protected. But what I would like to understand, as the SPV will be a separate company, is, will the SPVs success and profits benefit BMN in terms of BMNs overall profitability, turnover and asset value?

Apologies if this element has been previously discussed. Does anyone have views as to why they would hold this project within a SPV? We have held development projects (housing, land options etc) within an SPV which had tax and security provisions outside of the main company. How would this work for future profits shown by BMN, ie would they not include this BE projects profits?

Pdub, I am sorry that you did not approve of my own personal views, and also that you felt the need to pen a lecture to me. I did manage half of it until I found it irritating and condescending . You have your views and I do not intend to attempt to get you to change them. Views should be accepted on BBS, if not it descends into petty bickering much as it appears to do on this BMN board

Pdub, unfortunately, for some, the past positivity could have drawn many investors into buying into BMN who now regret it. Had there been suspicions over both negative AND positive posts that situation may not have arisen. The fundamentals all seem to be there but the market seems to think otherwise - one thing for certain is that time will tell.

Calamari, I believe you are correct as the share price has only exceeded its issue price for a small period of time, so despite the increased production, increases in V price, and the formation of BUshvelde Energy and vertical integration the markets and investors in general seem to have very little faith in this company, let’s hope they are wrong.

Sammy. Monster sells in the background always seems on many occasions to be the reason why this share rarely seems to rise as many holders expect. Just as when the price falls it because of a major offload of shares. Will this company ever see the rise that many have forecast for many years now? The sp has been higher than it’s original placing for much longer than it has been above the placing price. I admire the tenacity and stamina of holders here, but for me now I am happy to seek out alternative Green technology companies that appear to have a more dynamic and share holder focus.

I am quite surprised he has not included funding for green hydrogen.
