and what others say is not huge speculation (or even downright lies)?
Interesting comparrison
if you care to point to where I said I bought 2k last week I would be most appreciative, or sold the lot on friday!
Nonsense beyond the extreme
I have sold some, about 3 weeks ago at about 200, But didn't post that info on here! @Tyla, you are definitely off with the fairies!!
you only lost if you sold.
My value is down mid 6 figures. Hurting but not panicking
For anyone that actually watches what is going on, you will have seen some very big buys today. 550k early, 250k and 100k and several others.
Polygon have been in the market buying.
word is 4m+ There will be a TR-1 tomorrow or wednesday. They are not stupid (unlike some PIs)
With the prospect of the actually quite positive data being understood by the market, why is there so much despondency? i despair!
Possible case is that Poly go over 30% and have to offer their highest buy price in the last 12months (circa 190 I reckon)
But who would actually take that once it is realised that #SNG can (might not) go for EUA based on today's data
Folks eally do have to calm down a bit.
you only lose when you sell
Imagine if the primary end point was 'deaths within 35 days' that would have a p=0.363 (not brilliant, but good) and 40.5% reduction! Today would have been very different. It will take time for this sort of significant information to be realised and have an effect. Hold strong
well, unsubstantiated then, just another random 'claim', and the document you share is a bit old, relates to a completely different drug, with, unboubtedly a completely different trial protocol.
As for clinical trial experience, yes I have more than a bit having designed and written the entire project management protocols & processes for an US CTO.
But then I doubt you care one way or another
Neither do I btw.
:-) hve a great day
what 'facts'
If you care to share I will be more than happy to stand corrected
sg019 is totally independent from sg018 and was only started as a followup to check the effectiveness of the protocol. This was probably FDA initiated.
All good news really, and will not delay Sprinter results being published
I did not mean in anyway to be be dismisive.
Research is actualy important, otherwise why are you here?
If you don't understand why SNG would not want an early 'peak' at the data then you have no idea what a clinical trial is all about and you really should invest in something else.
Try mining or bit coin.
This is a long and complex arena. If you don't have knowledge I would leave
best advice or *******s? your choice
one of the best posts of the evening!!!! wish you could do smilies on here
I'm away now, enjoy your time with the very knowledgeable Ndn71
He obviously knows more than most
Have fun
Ndn, read the considered, and knowledgeable posts from others, and, I would suggest, shut up.
taking selected exerts from things you have read to support whatever your agenda actually is will not work with any really knowledgeable investors.
Good luck, if you are invested you will benefit
I could not agree more Ghia!
Any speculation outside of these rules is exactly that, speculation.
Folks really do need to stay xcalm and wait for the results RNS
It will be soon, how soon? no one knows for real
Ndn71, I am not meaning to be dismissive in anyway, but you realy should do some more detailed research and get more understanding before you offer an opinion.
SNG will not want to see the data before it is ready, analysed and decided. Then they can present it in anyway they fell is correct. If they see it early and (god forbid) they publish something, that would influence the future results, remember, some of the data is collected by survey after treatment.
I really do suggest you do some research into clinical trial processes
You seem to be a frequent poster on here
Best get some knowledge first
If you actualy knew nything about clinical trials then you would actualy understand why your question was irelevant.
Prof W is the lead investigator. He is responsible for setting up the trial, ensuring the protocols are sound, ensuring the processes are followed, but he waits (patiently) for the data at the end.
I despair at the actual lack of any real knowledge here
The lack of knowledge here is the major reason I do not post regularly. Sorry Ndn (?) that is basic information
Doh!!! Parexel have run the trial since day 1
SNG will not want to see or publish any data before the 90 day follow up. 35 day data published could influence the follow up responses to the 90 day questionaires that are part of the Sprinter protocol. We are now in the golden period when publication is due. Could be next week, could be the week after, but now is the time. It could be monday, but tuesday, wednesday, thursday, etc, is good. you get my drift
It is always possible that early access to data can be requested. However, for any clinical trial it is not a good move. So we have a small biotech company that might want a squeaky look at what is going on. Really? why would they? This is a small biotech with possibly the best treatment ever for viral infections would be willing to compromise the trial results just to get early access to the data. A biotech with 15+ years of experience, with some of the world's leading scientists in their field. You think it is likely they would risk their reputations, their history and their futures just to get a sneaky glimpse at the results (of which they are supremely confident) What planet are you on? The FDA advice is clearly, DON'T DO IT?
Yes they are taking some very big commercial risks, expanding, engaging senior staff, but that is only based on what they know, not Sprinter p3 results. They will come soon, very soon, maybe next week.
Stay calm, results will come they will be good
The NOMAD would argue against that after the 1st iteration. From that point onwards they run the risk of breaching AIM rules as the likelihood of keeping the data secure degrades daily
Nope Dunk. SNG are not doing the data analysis or the interpretationn of the results. That is down to the two big companies they have engaged to do it for the. Paraxel (ran the trial and cleaned the data) and Datamagic (? might have got that name wrong) that crunch the numbers and do the stats. SNG will be presented with the results. They only then need to asses how to announce them.
that takes days
