There's surely a case for misleading investors when you look at the videos and RNS's Vs the fundraises and missing cash from the business?

tough to say, there's no legal requirement i'm aware of so it depends who is taking it private. If it's someone other than Richmond coming in you would expect to see some benefit say 20-40% premium to the SP at the time. If it's Richmond well we're at the mercy of the market but i'd like to think there's a case for manipulation if they've sought to lower the price and take it private themselves...

they've also been hit in Scotland with the minimum pricing of alcohol meaning the peasants aren't able to get their cider cheap so aren't borrowing as much. That's a lot of lost revenue.

I'd like to think that there would be no fine or at least a minimal one on the basis that this is an emerging area of financing with developing guidelines and Amigo's approach was proactive and responsible. My worry is more the claims as it seems in the past banks have just paid out rather than challenging these, i'm sure only a small proportion of the PPI or Wonga claimants were legitimate but everyone sees the dollar signs just for filling in a form.
