I find the question of why very intriguing, as I suspect he is far deeper in the subject than we are. The sale can - but does not have to - mean that he has said goodbye to the shares.Tax reasons, value distribution in the portfolio/fund? Very exciting at this point in time. Especially since he could have sold / moved the shares 1 or 2 years ago at a higher price. Since he has held the shares for a very long time, I find the timing very interesting. I hardly think that this is about the increase in value in the past few days. Maybe the shares have moved to a portfolio with a different name but the same owner?
Now my question: at what percentage does the owner have to be disclosed here?

Positive results flow from Amungee well test
Today we’ve announced some positive results from extended production testing at the Amungee well. These results significantly increase our assessment of potential deliverability and commerciality of future wells in this area and supports the decision to undertake a second extended production test as part of this year’s work program.
While further work will be required in coming years to determine if the result can be reproduced...
A wonderful Friday!
Today's rise is very fine, but the absolute madness is the
5.2-5.8MMScf/d over a 1,000m section.
I'll do the maths (simplified)
5MMScf/d x 3 (3,000m) = 15 MMScf/d
15 x 6 to 8 paths per borehole = approx. 100 MMScf/d per borehole.
Sorry if I make a mistake or incorrect assessment in my excitement.
Now I'm just waiting for some of our eternal complainers to write that they have all stocked up on 5 cents in the past few days...
:-)
... then we listen to some nice rain songs and **** on the share price.
Since there is currently no reason to sell, we'll just wait until the sun shines again.
I hope to survive the rainy season for another 2-3 years and then I hope for sunshine in my wallet... and if not... C'est la vie.
But since we are all (hopefully) big boys now, we know that buying shares comes with risks and rewards. If I no longer see any opportunities here, I would leave this forum.
It is very nice that everything is being implemented little by little.
Perhaps, in my opinion, we have been too critical of our company in recent weeks (certainly understandable).
But I prefer that to the puffery of some of our neighbours.
It gives me a headache :-)
In my opinion, the biggest milestone or bull's eye for this year would be if it is confirmed that Amungee's production only comes from 3 or 4 levels out of 11. If we were to extrapolate this and if another success of one of our neighbours were to come about, this would be my first cautious extrapolation:
19 TCF (times total Origin and Falcon, I don't want to exaggerate and base this figure on Falcon only) x 0.3 (average valuation factor per unit of gas in the ground) x 0.22 = approx. 1.25 USD per share.... Oh yes, we then also have the chance of Velkerri Wet and Kyalla....
Since I have just had a coffee.... I am awake and not dreaming. And for those of you who have been with us since Hess.... PoQ is number 1 for sales negotiations.
Thanks to all who fill this beautiful forum with life and lots of info.
Best regards
Beetaloo
I can't understand it, maybe I'm stupid.
I have just skimmed several recent articles. Here, the opponents of fracking are again bickering.
Particularly irritating was a passage where they wrote about unemployment and the lack of beds... but at the same time they demonise the chance for new jobs and future development in the region.
Sorry despite my reasonable school education I don't get it. It's a shame.
Hello all,
please correct me if I am wrong.
Is it possible that the Origin share price has fallen sharply today?
Does anyone here have more information?
thank you
Beetaloo
PS: maybe there are reasons why Origin currently wants to keep the issues a bit small until these reasons are clarified.
Another small thought detached from my lines just now: maybe it also makes sense not to go full throttle this year with all the uncertainties because of Corona. By the way, I don't believe in conspiracies in our company. Yes, in our company! Emphasis is on ours, on when I only own a very small part... and yes I hope that my part, which currently has the value of a nice lawnmower tractor, will have the value of a small condominium in 3 or 4 years. No, we don't have to philosophise about my dreams and wishes now.
:-)
so at some point, whenever, we old shareholders have to be rewarded handsomely for our willingness to endure pain. we really should.
I don't like the extrapolation to 12 pence in Cenkos' report at all.
The author should know that the aim cannot be to achieve 6 or 12 pence. No, my target is 1 dollar + x - or 0 cents if things go badly.
Quick technical question: Kyalla is located above the Velkerri formations. Would it be possible with velkerri drill make a DFIT test at the level of the Kyalla formation to get more information about this formation?
A small consolation if we are unsuccessful at Kyalla is that if I am correct, the other companies in the Beetaloo here do not have a map in play in this formation and only rely on success in the Velkerri formations.
Hi Schlemiel,
thank you for your link.
Unfortunately, I can't manage to open it (but that could be my fault).
Could someone post an excerpt or perhaps explain the content in 1 or 2 sentences?
Sorry for this cheeky suggestion :-).
Thank you

Hello all,
Today, interim results of the Empire borehole Carpentaria 1 were published. Can anyone here give an assessment of the numbers of the announced values/results?
That would be great.
Thank you and best regards
Beetaloo
Well, in the end the market will evaluate the successes... I think Falcon was once over 4 or even 5 dollars. OK, we'll never see that value again... but this share price was at that time I think before the first drilling .... I think we were still on the road then in Hungary
