Not following why folk seem to think frr are i such a strong position here. Many directors of Companies also hold directorships in other Companies. If there is a conflict of interest on a specific matter then is abstaining from the vote not enough and afterwards put the other hat on and fight your corner?

Been out all day so when I checked in how was it that I already suspected that we would be 0.01 or 0.02 down and folk would still be on about the 5m seller.
