Gipps, everyone here dreamed the dream. One years enforced reflection made me think what percentage of O&G or Mining Cos. hit the jackpot? It,s a Foinavon moment in the National chance, a one off, a punt.
The rest are also rans and in some cases an ill disguised scam.
The chances of PIs coming away with mega money are slim in my opinion.
The chances of an O&G giant coming away with those bucks are much greater and that,s what this is all about. Who controls what.

Well we were all full of optimism just one year ago, given all the possibilities the Georgian fields could produce.
Now one year later the optimism still abounds in some quarters. I hope it is justified.

Gary, for your info.I consider your posts to be some of the most acceptable on here. You have given your reasons why you have taken the position you have and good luck to you and I hope it works for you (genuine)
Some others (just a few) pile in with insults and abuse and other than that add nothing, no doubt because they have not accepted that the outcome of their investment is far from certain atm.
I'm not wishing this or any other investment to fail, we all hope for the winners. What I don't like are the few here that are very spiteful people and should not really be spending on aim if they can't stand the pressure of a negative comment or two.

You,re right , getting confused with time lines but we were given reassurances that there was nothing to worry about and the SP climbed for a while.
I will check my contract notes for dates, but it doesn't detract from what I think. If a discussion is requested and happens then don't expect everyone to provide nothing other than reassurance.

PJOHN you wanted a discussion on this. My opinion is that this is a fu**up. I have 3.5m shares in this which is less than I held before news of Arbitration and Defaults on loan payments plus the awful revelation of the ridiculous loan repayment terms agreed to by ZM and SN as a result. So sold some only to buy back a few on "the bump in the road" comment
Now some of you think what has happened since is a Masterplan !

Simple, thinking this is a master plan to produce unenviable profits for PIs is unlikely. SN and ZM are trying to cover themselves against their personal guarantees by forcing Hope into giving up. The position regarding "our" O@G fields is far from clear.

What's being thrown at this in court cases etc is peanuts in relation to what it would be to a major getting involved if there is one.

Time will tell, but I am not expecting a Chrissy present in the near future, put it that way.

The problem has been, and still is unlocking, that potential.
