Listen to our latest Investing Matters Podcast episode 'Uncovering opportunities with investment trusts' with The AIC's Richard Stone here.
All down to SN and ZM, not a lot to chose between them .
What a pair to hand our hard earned over to.
Appalling that there is no come back route for us. Don't you just love AIM.
ffs being logged out of LSE chat every few mins.
Posts not appearing.
What is going on?
Ok that did
Just testing if anyone else has trouble posting. Mine are not getting through
Have posted similar before re Court cases, Arbitration etc. but
Cartoon drawing in local pub
Two farmers arguing over the ownership of a cow, one with a halter rope around the neck pulling in one direction, the other pulling the opposite way on the tail.
Lawyer sitting on a stool in the middle milking the cow.
lol
Crikey, who was supposed to be looking after this Company and it's shareholders?
Talk about taking your eye off the ball!
Why are you guys bothered about any negative comments? You appear to know that this is the one to be in, so surely it's irrelevant that someone posts doubts. You are all going to be rich when this lot succeed and the SP goes through the roof.
Why make silly comments about paid derampers and concert parties in the meantime?
Fresh Water a serious commodity??? ffs living in Cumbria and regularly visiting SW Scotland I can assure you there is no sign of that yet.
Now ask someone to comment who lives in the Principality what they think as well.
RR get back to ZM is the saviour for all frr shareholders, at least that was forgivable for a fool.
When Gordon Brown was Chancellor it was suggested that he proposed that the FSA Now the FCA, ( funny how they change names following a F up) should have a "light touch" as far as the Banks were concerned. Then think back to the banking crisis and the bail out of RBS which followed.
Do you really think that the regulators will chase down an American Co. operating in Georgia listed on the new " light touch" AIM market in our life time?
Good Luck with that!
Well, Well her comes fg.
Still got those Docs on?
What are you worried about anyway? That Landy must be worth a fortune now.
lol
Mole, agree that someone got out before the delisting. Was it YA or others?
All those late reported trades, that's another fault that should be ironed out. Perhaps they should be reported as and when ordered rather than when fulfilled?
If Criminal charges were brought ( by whom?) and were successful that would open up the case for a Civil action to recover losses.
Great in theory but the chances of PIs getting any money back would be zilch imo and the costs would just add to our losses.
Aim is for gamblers, short term punters. Look at 95% of the super risers from a few months ago and I bet most of them are now way, way down on the highs.
Example look at our neighbours, up to 18p , heading for 2p. There are loads of them, all with locked in punters trying to big them up, chasing losses averaging down..
AIM is a cesspit and needs sorting out.
WHam, I would love to think you are right.
It's a crazy situation we are in and was this really what AIM was set up for?
The level of abuse is incredible, there are very few straight up Cos. out there. Any good news is almost always followed by a fund raise ( dilution of existing shareholders value ) within days of any upbeat RNS.
Traders market, not a place for SIPPS or any long term holding. Just get in and take what you can before it drops.
Lesson learned.
This doesn't add up at all. Are the board SN etc. saying they have no recourse in Georgia under law? That any foreign Company operating in Georgia can have it's assets removed and transferred to a Georgian resident easily and without the original owners knowledge?
Stinks to high Heaven but I bet we will never know the truth.
Well Rainbow has been right all along about Zaza being " innit to winnit"
But this is probably not quite what he had in mind though.
Coggy the Bstards are on the side of those who are suffering with all this.
Well, those who are genuine in what they post.
If you feel you are being bullied there is an easy way to put a halt to it.
Stop trying to insult peoples intelligence!
Like little fluffy bunny person says "don't rock the boat, Zaza's got this tied up"
Well, for once , he is right.
as a piece of speculation your posts look very well thought out to me.
The big problem appears to me to be that something is happening in Georgia which has it's own legal system and could be difficult to bring a successful action there given the political and situation.
As happens all over the world there is one rule for the rich and powerful, who happily screw each other over if possible, ,and another for the rest of us who who get screwed anyway regardless.
haha, cheeky sod, but that is funny .
