It could be IP reducing their holding. They did have a NED on the TRX board who went walkabout plus they have also had a recent fund raise.

We are still a month out from the prelims and no holding thresholds have been crossed...yet. Maybe someone has been raiding the drugs cabinet.

Pale imitations. The RM2 pallet is easy to identify because it is special although it is not normally seen in the wild all year round.

..not to mention the cost of employing logistical consultants to work out the cost-benefit analysis of using said forklift as opposed to human intervention ie kicking it across the floor.

Broker has dropped its target which never helps the share price. Also the debt level looks a tad high vs revenues.

There will be a lot of pain for service cos in H1 2015 as a result as the sector contracts and consolidates with cash-rich firms surviving and acquiring in preparation for the inevitable upturn.

Hopefully. It may be one of the few firms to hold its own over the next 6 months as the pain of sub-$80 pb oil starts to hit the service cos. Schlumberger mothballing/retiring approx 40% of its marine fleet due to client cutbacks so no doubt that there will be rationalisation in the refining space too. Could be OK though if efficiencies are to be sought rather than outright closures. Lots of pain to come....

It could be Woodford topping up just as revenues start to come in from the US (hopefully!). I saw an article a couple of weeks ago (sorry haven't got the link) where he mentioned that he was expecting big things from his investment in a 'transformational wound care' business.

I was led to believe that silence is golden but I could be mistaken in this case....

Tx. Interesting to see that revenue recognition has been highlighted so I guess the valuation is about right if things remain as they are and the contract metrics do not drop. I see they highlight 2017 as the main period of commercial activity so 24+ months to bed in a decent and regular revenue stream. As I mentioned in a previous post, PRM needs to be able to forecast revenues more accurately otherwise we will get more of a rollercoaster ride than we bargained for.

Rumours of FCA probe into QPP Directors using the same deal structure reported earlier today in Daily Mail - not necessarily the voice of truth but no denials as yet. Therefore CBUY will be dragged into it by implication if there is one. As I said at the outset, a straight share sale would have been better rather than the mess that is now festering. Judging from the various releases and clarifications (if it was so straightfoward and above board, why clarify?) from CBUY and other firms involved in this type of arrangement, the shares HAVE been sold. CBUY will certainly raise its profile as a result but for all the wrong reasons.

If the FD is looking after the sales effort then he needs to give the current sales team a good kicking because they are not qualifying their prospects' own timelines well enough. It usually comes down to a lack of preparation and understanding about the prospect's own business and this inevitably results in poor/low quality forecasts. I still think that the business is a good one but it is now clear that it needs to sharpen up its outward-facing operations.

All for Founders and Directors cashing in some of their equity - at least in traditional terms we know that there will be a hit on the SP but we take it and move on. Complex equity release deals however do not smell too good. Notably there is no contractual obligation to purchase the shares upon the termination of agreement period - this is the point that irks. A simple share sale would have been a better and cleaner option...
