There is the Dubai Investment vehicle too. Trafigura and Dubai Inv. both like the opportunities that ADM give them in Africa. Paperwork involved in deals like this take time, then there's covid slowing things down.
Anything can go wrong, and does, but at such a lowly mcap, with a BoD that know the region r/r seems worth it.

With the time stamp so close together and a slight price difference it's possibly a rollover or bed & isa. Wouldn't be overly concerned by either of those.

There's an article early last year where Trafigura mentioned they'll deal with great BoD's. Think I'll go with what they say rather than some random on a BB.

All this rampy talk hepled some big sellers get out it would appear. Sells happen for all types of reasons, of course, just interesting timing. Bit more free-float available so (for now), so suits me.

The p/e of American listed miners is way above arb. Via the upgraded listing over the pond it 'should' drag arb p/e closer to peers.
