I don't think BOTS_PROJECTS has a full grasp of the Zanaga Project over the past God knows how many years. I'm not sure he understands why what's happened lately changes everything. I'm not sure what he's complaining about at all!

I find myself agreeing with you up to a point about "the Big Dogs that post manically day after day after day seem to think they are doing everyone here a favour." I'm sure all LTHs have wondered why they're being so helpful! If you're accusing anyone here of being a ramper they've made a very poor job of it judging by the SP so what exactly are you moaning about if you think "Longer term, this looks great for sure."? Circumstances have changed so finally, at long last we might be about to experience a life-changing experience as regards the value of our shares in ZIOC. Either buy, sell, hold or shut up! Or any combination - it won't change the final outcome. I remain confident of at least 200p but, depending on the circumstances, it could be very much higher. I can handle becoming a millionaire but a multi-millionaire is a different kettle of fish. Is the best advice to give it all away to my 3 kids and hope to live for another 7 years? What a squalid tax system.

So how do you think the shares were allocated? I would've thought the offer was very heavily oversubscribed and they made some attempt to allocate the shares fairly but that implies 41,118 applications which doesn't add up. Assuming every £1k application for 50,000 shares received 1,216 does that mean a £50k applicant received 60,800 shares? That doesn't seem fair to me. To him that hath more shall be given.

Give it a rest! I don't think you know what you're talking about! I increased my holding this week by 2.7% and am annoyed that the 1m buyer paid slightly less! A few more 1m buyers and we're off to the races regardless of the rapidly increasing value of the Zanaga project. beardozer's 900p no longer looks so fanciful! Lets hope our new overlords are happy to let all shareholders participate in the future bonanza and why not? If we start heading into four figures as a future objective then 7p is going to rapidly disappear in the rear view mirror. 20p by Xmas?

It's a mystery to me why this is doing so well and "well done" is hardly appropriate! I applied for the minimum number of shares in the recent shareholder placing and ended up spending £24.32 on 1,216 shares but they're worth £261 so no complaints. Nice gesture but they should've limited it to existing shareholders at the time of the announcement. Will the SP collapse on Monday?

You need to talk to your broker! That is the only way to participate in WRAP. I'm with ii and I phoned them first thing and got nowhere. Later on I phoned them again and they said they were working on it. Sure enough, eventually there was a Corporate Action notice which invited me to apply for shares. It's all very hit or miss, especially as the offer can be closed early.

It's not that dark so maybe the SP has further to fall? Mr Market remains very sceptical. I still believe the eventual outcome will involve multiples of the current SP but WTFDIK? Multiples of 8 or multiples of 88? Largest threat is ZIOC being taken private in the best interests of the project. It's shameful how little faith I have in the BOD to act in the interests of ALL shareholders. Come on, be fair! I think 200p is a fair price now! If the buyer manages to flip it for 1000p and that buyer manages to flip it for 1800p - good luck to them! Alternatively, all of us LTHs could see 900p which would be more than life-changing (if such a thing is possible).

It beggars belief that the SP is still where it is after all the recent developments. Mr Market's loss. One of my other holdings is # 1 Top Riser today but only because of a share consolidation. But the MET1 BOD are commendable for offering regular shareholders the chance to participate in a share placing at the same price as mates' rates. It's very restricted but I've attempted to participate when the shares on offer are 2p and the current market price is 7p.

Has everyone applied for their 2p shares? I did as soon as I was able and applied for the minimum £1k. With only £100k available they will either close the offer early or scale it back so much loyal shareholders will end up with a derisory number of new shares. As a compromise, I think as soon as 400 shareholders have applied then they should close the bookbuild and issue 12,500 shares to each of the lucky 400. Always assuming there are 400 shareholders! We'll see.

One for the bottom drawer until Lanstead exit? I've increased my holding twice recently only for the SP to fall further! What did I expect? Maybe a sudden takeover offer from a predator who realises ORR is very vulnerable. No doubt wishful thinking on my part - a takeover never arrives when you want one. A bit like buses - let's hope two arrive at once after several predators realise ORR is never going to be this cheap again! Excluding tomorrow, of course. A takeover at a 50% premium to the 52 week high would value ORR @ £23.4m and give LTHs and Eileen 0.60p per share which I think is a steal but a decent return on my average buy price.

What do Shard know? As much as Mr Market? Would you buy a secondhand car from either of them? As I understand it, the 90% haircut is optional. Assuming execution and financing risks are mitigated or even removed completely then we can look forward to multiples of 60p. GLA!

I suspect the shortage of investors in AIM is down to BTL: Buy-to-let businesses have become the largest single type of business in the UK – with nearly four times as many as there are fast food takeaways or hairdressers. Hardly a thriving economy and every time I read about some poor sap's house being turned into a cannabis factory I dance a jig!

That's against my nature but I loathe landlords. If ever enough council houses were built landlords would sell up and that would drive down the price of property which would make buying or renting more of a knife-edge decision. Buying your council house is a wonderful thing but only if another house is built to replace it - something Thatcher forbade. There's a rare word!

Is she asking questions? Is she answering questions? Something's gotta change! Or maybe not - maybe we stay at this level until a bigger company spots a bargain and takes us over at a fraction of true value. Another reason not to invest.

So it's all gone pear-shaped but that doesn't alter the amount of gold underground! Regard ORR as a binary bet and it's a screaming BUY! Particularly as recent discoveries indicate a positive outcome. How can ORR fail to deliver? Quite easily if they don't get a grip.
