The recently raised £2.7 million will be used for the "primary beneficiation" of the company’s recently recovered diamond parcels, in a process which is expected to enhance their value significantly, and for the provision of financial support to the company’s new technical team.

Personally I am still expecting a revised 20p bid duly reflecting recent share price action. Presumably it will be firmly rejected so another few months before any price action I suspect.

And yet they never went below 2.5p, liar!

The suspension has nothing whatsoever to do with the Sidara deal or no deal. It's required because of Wood's inability to finalise their audited accounts on time. Surely you must know that.

What on earth are you talking about SND? If you have to respond to a particular post/comment then reply on the same thread. Opening a new thread and not referring to the earlier comment is futile to say the least.

35p is the maximum rather than minimum I fear.

My prediction remains that Sidara will come with an even lower offer, hence the comment in the latest RNS to that effect.

Was hoping for more than a 6% rise on that news.

Still worried by this clause..."The Possible Offer is also subject to a number of reservations, including under which Sidara can make an offer on less favourable terms, as further described in Wood's announcement of 14 April 2025." Yes, it may well have been included in earlier statements but this time it seems to have been more prominently displayed. I am still expecting a revised 25p offer, which hopefully will be rejected.

Which particular charts are you referring to, LL? I was thinking of placing a sell target of 88.75p but will gladly wait for your response.

All these ramping posts on here and yet the share price remains absolutely static.
