Two brokers have lowered their targets but still in the mid 300's. Looking like a buying opportunity below 210p in my opinion.

How is your 400p buy looking today 46G? Hope you sold some time ago. Meanwhile more director buys yesterday at 234p so hopefully some optimism remains.

What a surprise. The share price of a company pumped by Laura is collapsing a few days later.

Looking good amongst the general market gloom.

The company is still not recognised by Smart Investor (Barclays) so looking at SWC instead.

With the SP having more than doubled in the past month, you can only expect some profit taking this week.

Laura wins yet again. Market bounce at 240p? No I don't think so.

My buy target is currently 1745p. If not reached this week, I may consider buying Vistry instead. Both have fallen disproportionately when compared with other house builders.

Having bought at 11,950p yesterday after a 50% SP collapse, I am reasonably hopeful of some bounce back. We shall see when this nonsensical war is over.

Laura was right about the big move as it's now 17% down.

But the update was early doors causing the SP to slump 35% since when it took another dive down mid-pm for no apparent reason. At least 12,100p might represent the bottom now.

No idea why the SP has suddenly taken yet another dip, reaching 12,850p right now from 14.500p a few minutes ago. Certainly looks attractive.
