Can Sidara raise their offer at this late stage? Unlikely surely. Without competing bids, what's stopping them reverting to a 25p offer, hence the share price inaction? Just thinking aloud.

Certainly looks like the 22% drop is vastly overdone. The figures justify only a 7-8% drop in my view. Worth a recovery punt.

JamesOxford, I strongly challenge your contention that the Sidara bid of 30p is "fair" irrespective of the current share price. Everybody knows that their bid is simply opportunist.

CheckRicky, it may be early 2026 before your blockbuster RNS lands by which time it could be in the low 700p range. Better to wait in my view.
