It says the spread was 500-540p but when I bought just now it was only 510p, which seemed reasonable.

But when you actually trade, the spread is much less than that.

But what do these Form 8.5 RNS statements actually mean? It says 85K sales and only 25K purchases.

Was thinking of buying after today's apparent 37% drop until I saw the spread. You can currently buy for 11.8 but sell at only 9.2p, which seems criminally insane to any sound investor.

Or more likely a RNS saying the company has no explanation for the unexpected SP rise this week.

Do you even bother to read earlier posts/threads on here before ramping? The take-over story has been reported here umpteen times in the past few days. As a loyal AAL holder myself, I can assure you that nobody can afford to buy the company at the present moment in time.

Would someone kindly explain in simple terms what all these Form 8.3 RNS statements actually mean and why MMAG seem to be the only company using them. It seems to be just attention seeking to my eyes.

Anything around 12p seems a prudent entry point if you have spare cash available.
