Erskine, a sell of 4,000,000 shares at 4.16pm is rather worrying.

Having just cashed in my Premium Bonds (well most of them), would I be wise to buy more HOC below 165p or buy high yield shares like M&G or Crest Nicholson, which offer a 9% dividend and a stable share price?

So why has it just collapsed to 160p KS? Just curious as HOC is in my portfolio.

According to LSE data here, the dividend yield is over 20% which is presumably incorrect. Has this year's dividend been scrapped, does anybody know?

That is what it says on the LSE data here. Can this be true? If so, it must be the highest yield in town.

According to LSE data here, the yield is 5.15% but the financial records suggest nil dividend. Anybody know the true picture?
