You buy large numbers of shares (more in a day than probably most PI`s hold) in Zen.
Then reading your comments which run hot and cold?
Most PI`s believe and buy to make a profit.
You seem not bothered either way..

Joe I think it must have a simple choice between straight placing or loan?
Until projects come through ,there`s no income as far as I can see.

Was offered a price 0f 0.103p to buy on Friday.
BRD did a Turner Pope presentation on 11/2/19(youtube) when share price was 0.31p.
They must have had idea that come May they would issuing nearly 1 billion shares at 0.10p?

No consideration of PI`s.
Holding off buying for now since this could drop further.

PRD need the money until projects start to deliver.
£1.5m loan and the 2m shares.
Only £250k of the £1.5m converted yet.
So millions of shares to hit the market as more of loan is converted into any share price rise I presume.
I`d wait until news on projects.

Seems perverse to bailout now when we are on the cusp of what maybe transformation developments.

Morocco? SOU just failed there.
Trinidad? CERP joint venture?
SP is still 200%+ above ipo price.
PRD need real positive news to move northward.
Hold a few, but will be holding off buying more until news.
