SEA7 if I was you I`d subscribe and you`ll see numerous companies that he`s called out that eventually delisted,went bust and other`s who`s shares crumbled.
RH iv`e sent numerous emails to AC requesting updates and had no replies.Maybe because I was blunt and to the point?

TW is disliked by a lot of poster`s but I`m afraid that he has a high percentage of correct calls.
Presume if Aaog is suspended then deal is on hold until the issue`s are sorted.
His article was scathing and in his bearcast last night he put more flesh on the bones as to the his reasoning for the conclusion he reached.

Wouldn`t be so sure since first " The Acquisition remains subject to certain regulatory requirements in the Republic of the Congo.("Completion")." and more importantly TW says that he will be writing to Aim regulation about the truth about the lawsuit against Aaog that could sink it.
The scale, severity,merits of the lawsuit need further legal clarity and he thinks that the Aaog shares should be suspended.

RH you`re correct that there is so much news that we pi`s are awaiting and the Azer potential alone is enormous. The oil is there as C37 has proven.
I invested a subsantial amount in Zenith hoping to be able to help my son out financially and am currently in the red bigtime.
Think i`ll take a break from posting for the time being and just read the posts instead.

AJW of course I realize that , but anyone glancing at the buy/sell columns would presume there`s been nearly all sells today and thus hold off if were considering buying.
Let`s just hope a little more buying over the coming days might break this downward trend..

mm games to induce selling I think..

RH the silent treatment is probably AC s showing pi`s who`s the daddy.
Lack of info and moaning by pi`s has helped the mm`s to take advantage and keep lowering the share price.
AC has now been able to pick up another 8.5m @2p and increase his total holding to over 35m.
Maybe pi`s should try to keep a lid on their understandable unease.
News will come eventually and I`m sure AC wouldn`t be buying more and more shares if he didn`t believe that there`s value in Zenith in the long term.

Since AC keeps lining his pocket`s with cheap shares "Mr. Andrea Cattaneo, Chief Executive Officer & President of Zenith, has advised the Company that, in relation to the aforementioned Private Placement, he subscribed 8,500,000 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company.
Following the aforementioned dealing, Mr. Cattaneo is directly beneficially interested in a total of 35,334,115 Common Shares in the capital of the Company, representing 7.8 per cent of the total issued and outstanding common share capital of the Company admitted to trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and Merkur Market of the Oslo Stock Exchange." he thinks the company has a future and he`s going to make serious money.
We`ll probably get a resumption of tweets and interviews soon since now he has looked after the interests of himself.

The 2.135p`s going in the sell column are buys since I just got a quote.

Got C37 confirmation and producing than some oiler`s with higher mcap`s that produce zilch.
Between the mm`s playing merry hell,hater`s doing their usual bs and AC faffing about the share price is near rock bottom.
Reading this board today would any newcomer`s really want to invest here?
MM`s must be loving this.
Maybe it`s a good idea to just wait a little longer.

Compass007 and sarge123 totally agree that AC is passionate about the company and he does have a plan.
The best is yet to come and there was no reason why the share price dropped today other than the mm`s phishing for weak holder`s.

Talked briefly with the company tonight, and Andrea mentioned that there will be an update from Azerbaijan shortly.
He did not express concerns for either C37 or C30. It is good! Certainly they did not have to have it listed.

The company is in a busy period, a lot is happening.
We have to wait for excitement.
Hopefully is correct and we should get a update this side of Xmas.

Pi`s must realize that the mm`s are playing Zenith`s share price at every opp.
They are there to create a market and play with the bid/offer price and see if pi`s bite .
Dropping the price 6.5% on nothing?

i`m sure the news blackout regarding AZER and the share price drifting has helped AC when negotiating terms wit Coro Energy.
"The second part of the consideration, up to £3.5 million, is also payable in shares at the closing price of Zenith shares on the issue date plus 40 per cent. of such closing price" thus 40% at 2.3p doesn`t seem too bad terms for Coro.
If positive news arrives from AZER and share price rises AC will have to issue less shares to Coro regarding the £3.5 million payment.

I realize that the recent drop in the share price must be hurting,especially PIs who are holding millions of shares.
AC doesn`t seem to be phased by the share price drop and as "AGEOS" has pointed out in his posts the geology around C37 and C30 is ideal for oil deposits.
In the Soviet`s era there were some monster producing wells in area.

Coro will pay..An initial £402,000 is payable at completion in common shares in the capital of Zenith ("Consideration Shares") at a price of £0.06 (equivalent to approximately NOK0.71 or CAD$0.10) per Consideration Share with a six-month hold period.
And..The second part of the consideration, up to £3.5 million, is also payable in shares at the closing price of Zenith shares on the issue date plus 40 per cent.
So AC will want Zenith`s share price to be as high as possible at the time..
Plenty of news on several fronts is due..

Would be nice"AGEOS" get back to posting a few article`s on this board again about C30`s` formation and possible production rates. His insight has always been very informative in more ways than one.
Ezhik`s posts were also worth a read.

PI`s seem to have forgotten that Zenith have monster rig which should be near to starting drilling at C30.
C30 is expected to be even more productive than C37`s 285 bopd .
All we need is a tweet showing C30 set up and the share should get a boost upwards.
