Second Admission and Total Voting Rights
The Second Admission of 70,324,960 new Ordinary Shares is conditional upon (amongst other things) the Placing Agreement not having been terminated, First Admission occurring, the passing of the Resolutions at the General Meeting and Second Admission occurring on or before 8.00 a.m. on 12 June 2020 (or such later date and/or time as the Joint Brokers and the Company may agree, being no later than 3.00 p.m. on 30 June 2020 in respect of the Conditional Fundraise).
It is expected that the Conditional Fundraising Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM and Euronext Growth at 8.00 a.m. on or around 12 June 2020 (or such later date as may be agreed between the Company and Arden, but no later than 30 June February 2020).

CF is a businessman and I can't see him only taking 10% cut (£10 per test) of income for the tests.
This income stream will probably bring 10's of millions. dyor

Pretty sure CF would have tested the water as to what the market that he's focussing on would sustain price wise. DYOR

From BBC Article headed "Coronavirus: New 'fast and accurate' antibody test developed"..Quotien said each serological screening machine has capacity for up to 3,000 tests a day and produces results in 35 minutes with 99.8% accuracy.
High end city folk would easily pay £100-£150 per test(pocket change) on a regular basis.

I sent Cathal Friel a email regarding the share price etc yesterday and got a reply same day.
He`s a thoroughly courteous decent bloke who certainly put my mind at ease as to future contracts and the proposed path that lays ahead for the company.
He`s not all talk since he has put his money where his mouth is and his track record is excellent as far as i can see.

News of a contract or two completed near term should give the share price a boost.

the company to restart it`s `twitter updates regarding AZ.
AC, Dean Clark and other large holder`s who have been hoovering up shares in large volumes must be confident as to Zen`s forward plans.

All we need is a AZ update tweet and we could start rising again.
