I agree the Peel situation is intriguing - as far as I'm aware a market maker is only obliged to provide a firm buy/sell quote for the NMS which at present is a tiny 200k shares so it seems in their capacity of broker/market maker they are buying for another reason which is yet to be revealed The placing was not underwritten hence they did not have any obligations to ensure all of the placing shares found homes I've held prox for a long time for my sins and it's certainly not been the easiest of rides but I feel confident that they are finally in a good place with a firm strategy in a growth market. Their audience/data points have risen off the scale recently creating a valuable asset to keep adding to let's see them monetise this to finally provide some shareholder confidence and value.
