Hydrogen at gas stations at a similar price is gray hydrogen. AFC produces green hydrogen.

More and more CO2 regulations are being introduced everywhere, and so gray hydrogen will be forced out of the market sooner or later!

Green hydrogen at a price of €10/kg is currently unbeatable and one of the main arguments for AFC's major market entry.

Furthermore, because it's transportable, it can be produced anywhere!

AFC produces green hydrogen that is transportable via the cracker at the lowest prices. That's three huge advantages over other companies. Just Google it for proof ;-)

On top of that, they earn 6 pounds per kilogram of hydrogen, which they sell for 10 pounds.

Generally, the gross margin is 40% according to the investor presentation.

It's unbelievable what potential afc has currently and through JW. If we succeed in placing the HY5 units on the market on a large scale. Hope to hear what production capacity we have for the HY5 units! Think about what 1000 units with up to 500kg and 1000 units with up to 4000kg would mean in the future. and these units continue to work every year and sales would continue to increase......through new units. If that were to happen, we would see peak prices for plug power, for example. A real giant could emerge here!

That depends on how many days the system runs and what capacitiy! Currently its 300 kg x 10 x 200 ( 20 daysx 10 months) for the rest of the year. Starting in march.

More good news! JW seems like a goldmine for AFC!

I see it similarly to you. However, the larger cracker (pilot unit) won't be built until January 2027. This means revenue isn't expected until late 2027 or 2028.

HY5 units also won't generate revenue until 2027!

Looking at the presentation again, the schedule is exactly as announced! JW is very trustworthy and seems to really know what he's doing!

Our cracker itself isn't that huge – unfortunately, I couldn't find any size specifications. So it could be interesting for car manufacturers because of the range... provided the size and weight aren't too excessive.

I'll ask these questions on February 27th – let's see if they get answered!

If the cracker can be successfully integrated into a diesel engine, as Komatsu plans to do, and a major automaker also wants to do this, then AFC will truly go to the moon! It would also be interesting if this technology allowed for very long driving distances (2,000-3,000 kilometers).

According to the presentation, production of the Hy5 units will not begin until 2027 - but it also says that the first 2 units will go to customers at the beginning of January 2027.

Accordingly, JW could also announce at the end of February that the next 5 Hy5 units have been ordered and have been produced.

If you order a new car you also have to accept the waiting time! ;-) Think about that!

Regarding Katsumo - they have been working with general motors in the Fullcell area since 2023. Either afc has no chance here at Katsumo - or it doesn't go as planned and opens the door for AFC even further!

Once the 2 million from Komatsu has been received, i am pretty sure a larger order will follow!

I think the RNS is very good – they also want to bring more private investors on board. Potential customers/distributors have certainly already received a demonstration!

We know the result for the end of February – little to no revenue!

But the outlook is much more interesting! So far, everything JW has said and done has made perfect sense!

I'm particularly interested in how many Hy-5 units can be produced per month and when we can expect the first 10-20 units to be sold!

In one of the recent presentations, they said 360 Hy-5 units = 650 million in revenue! That means 56 units would be 100 million in revenue! And that could happen faster than some people think!

Plug Power, with revenues of €400-500 million back in 2020/2021, drove its share price up to over €60, even though it was still posting massive losses!

What could happen if we achieve €200 million in revenue in the next few years and perhaps generate €20-30 million in profit?

What could happen if we actually sell 360 Hy-5 units and they consistently generate revenue – every year!

I have hope – I believe in JW and AFC Energy!

First, that's my opinion and expectation!

Second, you can't know if this is misinformation! Unless you're on the board of AFC! I (unfortunately) don't expect any more important news before the presentation!

Third, we know that no high sales figures will be presented!
