Yes. The board have already stated, any autofocus settlement will be paid as a special divi. After many years of wrangling the board are hopeful that a settlement can be agreed during 2015. The amount, nobody knows, but whatever is paid out will be a brucie bonus, on top of the 4p plus divi that will be announced with September results.
