Hi Cash, good find. It has certainly sparked interest in buying the shares ahead of the Nasdaq listing and stopped the recent 5 weeks decline in the SP.

He has always talked a good game and finally it looks like it has some substance. Happy to see how the next 6 months play out leading up to the April conference and the big launch. He won't rest until the SP exceeds £1, but didn't indicate he would be buying any either. SP slowly climbing in response to the positive presentation and hopefully could reach the teens later today. Should be getting lots of positive news between now and April .

A good acquisition, albeit with a bit more dilution. Too early to call it 'transformational' SA but the foundations are there. Not sure I would call it 'boom' either with the SP around 12p, Market is clearly awaiting for the Croda revenues news before boom really happens.

Ex-div today accounts for 4.8p of the drop, not sure about the rest of it though.

Where's Michael Kelly when you need him, must be tempted to top-up more at these prices.

What I said was he missed his target dates throughout the year, not that he hasn't delivered anything just always late. The convertible bond was of his making, don't think he did a good job there.

You know nothing about me thankfully and I've told you many times that I will make a decision when I decide to sell and when I do you will know as I won't bother commenting here when I do.
