Mad, you are completely wrong on this occasion. Any broker worth his salt will get approval from the company before releasing information because if they release inaccurate or misleading financial information they can be sued by the company. Ashman has clearly made yet another mistake but you as he friend will continue to back him to the hilt. That's your prerogative, as it is mine to continue to bash him when I consider him to be completely incompetent. He can't even be bothered to correct the Broker's data by releasing a RNS stating it was wrong. So I don't have any intention of giving the fella a break as you ask and will continue to comment on his ongoing poor performance. If you don't like it you know where the filter button is.

Either way the buck stops with Ashman and true to form he isn't good enough.

Hi Toyin, he hasn't issued anything to say the broker note is wrong but if it is wrong then he should sack them and get another new broker.

Ashman being played by the brokers, first Cavendish and now Singers. He hasn't got a handle on anything to do with communication to his shareholders. Have Singers exposed him for more porky pies? Ashman's days could well be numbered if they have.

Following Elrico's involvement, it looks like MrHumble has been tumbled but I guess LSE has fumbled somewhere along the line as not all of them were removed and it looks like he came back for another stab of his verbal diarrhoea.

Hi Toyin, thanks. I voted him off last time along with the useless Manprit. I will be voting him off again irrespective of what happens between now and the AGM. He is absolutely useless.

SP down 21% since the April launch of Zenakine and Ashman still thinks he is doing a good job. He needs voting off at the next AGM but of course it won't happen. We are stuck with him whether we like it or not. A Croda takeover is the best option but at 35p which gives the big boys a 100% gain but doesn't necessarily cut it for everybody else. I won't be surprised if that happens.

So you can buy shares at 16.5p now cheaper than the 17p that the big boys paid and still there is no interest in buying. I wonder why...........

Poor old Ashman, completely out of his depth but thinks he can handle the top guys like Croda. Sadly he lives in his own dream world and needs to move on. Totally useless, overpaid and overrated. Any chance of an RNS tomorrow, zero chance. He has no interest in shareholders other than his mates.

He says he made 5 phone calls to get the big boys to commit to the £4m deal. What did he tell them that he isn't prepared to tell the rest of us. Do us all a favour and resign Ashman, your credibility is shot to pieces.

IMHO the big boys know they can probably double their money when Croda's low ball offer arrives. I don't believe for one minute that they are here for the long run.

Ashman has zero interest in 'other' shareholders, just the big boys to keep happy.

At each IMC over the past year or so, Ashman tells us something that he is going to do and then doesn't do it. Does that count as a lie?

At the last IMC he categorically said he wasn't a liar because when he said he would tell us something by a certain date and then didn't do it, he was quick to blame Croda (hiding behind the dreamt up NDA) for delaying the announcements of anything to do with previous royalty payments.

The 'can' on royalty payments continues to be kicked down the road and the last promise of telling us 3 months since the launch have also been and gone. At what point do we stop believing anything that Ashman says? Yes, we know the results are due towards the end of July but by my reckoning the chances of hearing anything this month is zero. He already stated that things will take longer as they now have a bigger company so that slides into August, absolutely certain about that. I doubt the results themselves will tell us anything about the royalty payments other than double digit. Analysts will be trying to work it out for themselves.

Come on Ashman, stop hiding in your bunker and start telling us some home truths about what is really going on.

Ashman is out of his depth, always has been. Very weak CEO, can't manage relationships with the big boys or the brokers. Wouldn't be surprised if Croda snapped up Skin for 30p, giving Ashman a sweetener to keep him happy. As I've said all along, he doesn't have any interest in shareholders other than his few big boys who have kept him afloat.

Has Ashman dropped a clanger switching from Cavendish to Singer. Looks like they are both as bad as each other. Why can't SA ever get anything right? So far this week, all 3 days of virtual non-stop buying of shares with pretty good volumes each day and the SP doesn't move. This whole episode absolutely stinks behind a fictional NDA which Ashman dreamt up. It's time he started playing with a straight bat!!
