You are right. This company is going down the pan fast, balance sheet is awful, no cash being generated wouldn't touch this with a barge pole. Cannot understand why warning signs are being ignored, still as I don't have any I'm only commenting as somebody suggested I take a look.

Paragon Group of Companies Plc reported a 9 percent increase in full-year pretax profit and raised its share buyback programme by up to 50 million pounds ($76 million) after extending it into 2016. The British buy-to-let mortgage lender said pretax profit rose to 134.2 million pounds for the year ended Sept. 30 from 122.8 million pounds a year earlier.

Agree, I sold half 2 weeks ago to enable me to invest elsewhere & the other half earlier today. I think NT might sell out as well although he did see it as a 2 year investment. I think there are better opportunities out there so hopefully should recoup my losses here. BOL.

ETO produced a very nice statement this week, tv sales strong, film sales weaker but the outlook looks good. For now, the market isn't moving on them. At some point I bet they will! There is tons of value to be unlocked in ETO shares, the its catalogue alone is valued at a billion dollars! If shares stay low for much longer I bet there'll be a bid and that would have to be in the 350-400 area.

CEO offloading 1.5m yesterday (probably needs a £1m for Xmas), but he still has 14.7m shares representing 7%.

Look like an over reaction to FED minutes IMHO. Looking forward to results on Tuesday. GLA.
