Link sold 38m shares to Acacia on Monday 8th, Acacia sold 25m shares on Tuesday 9th leaving them with 13,618,608. May get another RNS tomorrow telling us how many f any they dumped today. GLA

The volumes and percentages don't look right either, let's await a RNS.

According to their list of major shareholders in OO neither Invesco or Link are listed. If Livingbridge and Chase Nominees both have 18% then those volumes are more like 113m not 13m as shown. Either way a RNS is due to confirm what is happening with their major shareholders.

Link has freed up £223.9m to return to investors trapped in Neil Woodford’s flagship fund after striking a deal to sell a bundle of biotech stocks at a massive discount.
The authorised corporate director wrote to trapped Woodford Equity Income shareholders confirming it had sold 19 of the fund’s healthcare assets to Acacia Research.

The sale represents around 50% of the fund’s current net asset value of £442.2m, as calculated on 3 June.

Link did not disclose which holdings had been sold off but said assets included in the sale were liquid stocks from Portfolio A, being sold by Blackrock, and illiquid companies from Portfolio B, which is being wound up by PJT Partners.

May have to await a RNS to see whether OO is impacted or a question for CF at the next presentation whenever that is. Listening again to the 3rd June presentation in the Q&A he says 1 Pharma to be announced in the next week with 3 of the top 5 in the next month. Each one is worth about £7m so exciting times ahead. GLA

Launched on Thursday 4th June 2020, hVIVO COVID Clear Test, which is part of Open Orphan plc, is the
most accurate antibody test available to UK employers, helping them to get their people back to work.
Having recently secured the rights from Quotient for their antibody testing platform which detects
with 100% accuracy antibodies when present (unlike finger prick tests which MHRA advised
against), hVIVO is now formally offering antibody testing to customers on Thursday 4 June 2020.
We are inviting members of the press and camera crews to our laboratory where we will
demonstrate the full sample testing procedure. In the clinic, a nurse will draw blood from
volunteers, following this the sample will be tested in the laboratory area using the MosaiQ™
COVID-19 Antibody Microarray with results available shortly thereafter.
This is the first time that such on demand testing is made available to large employer groups in the
UK and hVIVO’s equipment has the capability to run 3,000 samples per day, 21,000 per week, 1
million per year.

CF mentioned last night that they were in discussions with Chinese companies to test their vaccine so wouldn't be surprised if this was one of them. GLA

At the start of the presentation CF said that this was the most exciting business he had ever been in. Says it all really.

CF stated that the B2B market they are targeting would be for repeat testing on a monthly basis to get the UK back to work. Top-up time tomorrow IMHO. GLA
