Trendz
I reckon you've summed up the risks and potential rewards very well indeed.
I'm very much looking forward to hearing news that the Filtronic tech has become part of the Satellite payload and believe it may be that which will unlock the next 5% of warrants.
I also very much look forward to hearing more about the potential contracts mentioned on the 31st October:
"We are in advanced discussions for some further contracts in the space and aerospace and defence market which we hope to provide updates on soon, and have enjoyed some smaller development contract wins in recent months. Of particular note are a couple of contract wins in the space market utilising our recent investment in plastic encapsulation machinery. Encouraged to purchase by our lead defence customer for sovereign capability, we are now seeing wider interest in the technology offering throughout our core markets."
Filtronic appears to be gearing-up for further significant growth, not only by way of the increase in manufacturing capability, but also with the senior management staff that have been recruited with excellent previous experience. We also have the new research centre being opened up in Cambridge.
Should be a very interesting year.
The transformation that started with Richard Gibbs, the former CEO, seems to be accelerating!!
Cheers
