Being honest, wasn’t expecting it to go down to the lows it did in the last year but still content with my average.

Would have been buying more at the lows it was at but already fully loaded with no more cash else I know what i’d be doing.

I’m not a trader so buy and wait.

Made a lot of bad judgement buys elsewhere over the last few years.

If this reaches 2.4p it will clear all my previous loses, then looking to start making my money.

Lloyd it could be that all areas have not been updated to show our position now. Since the last down period GS20 has shown considerable growth, if we are still in soft launch really looking forward to see revenue when we do launch. My own opinion is we have moved away from soft launch.

I’m fairly content with where we are compared to a month ago, as long as we can hold the sp.

Don’t like large movements forward only to drop back to where we were.

Only thing I will be disappointed by is if there is no good forward traction after interims.

Looking to see a good 3p high and would still be fairly happy if it settles at 2.5p plus.

I’ll be surprised if this doesn’t complete, with the work they are carrying out.

EasySend Acquisition Update

The Company is also pleased to provide an update on the acquisition of 60% of the share capital of EasySend Ltd ("EasySend"), as announced on 29 November 2023. The parties have mutually agreed to extend the period for entering into a definitive sale and purchase agreement until 30 November 2024. This extension will allow both parties time to refine the post-acquisition integration plan to ensure the acquisition aligns with GST's strategic objectives.

As part of the preparation, the seller is working on a comprehensive business plan for Angra Global's expansion into Poland. The Polish market represents a significant opportunity for Angra Global, and EasySend's expertise and resources are expected to play a pivotal role in this expansion.

Apart from the extension, all other terms and conditions in the option to purchase agreement, as previously announced, remain unchanged and both parties remain committed to successfully completing the acquisition.

SP, It’s in the back of my mind but l try not to read too much into that as most lth’s here know this will be where the explosion of the SP will derive from, as things and revenue we talk about should surely value this over 4p.
