GN - I bought this share because if someone is going to mirror my share holding by a factor of millions its safe (despite low Oil no debt) the SP has been dashed unfairly IMHO - judge people in adversity to test their true qualities & strength - to me PL is a man I would stand in a trench with. End of - I've seen endless krap short sightedness crass bitter criticisms - Will always vote for PL - Our Net Assets Value increased massively and Blue Sky potential - 2 0-3 deals and we are away.GL.

Last point - PPC shares are owned by an effective International Oligopoly (3-4 firms pretend to be competitive but not viewed as a SP monopoly gang) PL owns 23% ish IFC World Bank love PL, Michinko new say 8% and Schoders 10% PL needs maybe 1-2% extra cheap - give everyone loyal (NOT MM'S) ownership for the potential a 'Blue Sky deal' 69p a share pass off for the poor PI's and AIM Monkeys at 20p a share and we have no lift off - the market has forced this to be have carved it this short cut - why unfortunately MM's have no business interest for us - miss out on a great share opportunity . PL can move fast if threatened - he is control of the Capital Structure of his business if not the SP - how **** are we in the UK- USA business funding models far more efficient and relaxed. GN HNY

PL & PPC in 2015 have delivered quality landlord proprietary deals with multiple commercial options in many concessions - forget the under funded as of today with $40 Oil - PL is the master landscaper & concession dealer - we don't have the ransom effect of external bank debt issues & covenants Only World Bank wijch is totally onside - Timescale & lack of internal funding cut us back with the SP but the longer term despite marco economic set backs is good even to solid going forward. What are the risks when the CEO owns 22.4% and can buy his own business back out of petty cash???? - when the MM monkeys get cold feet? Less risk to me - the price will be set when PL gets fed up and the market can't deliver - next 3-6 months I believe news will out. Just my conjecture - at 6.5p - PL strategy - Get the NAV confirmed by 2 brokers at 20p - hence Peel Hunt (don't need Peel Hunt when PL takes +50% of the Nov placing and the SP falls - there's other strategies afoot), get specialist funder Rob in as NED (with less shares than me) for specialist Non Stk Mkt funding in area , Get Balance Sheet ready for take over - reduce PL loan for RBL debt make private acquisition easier , Take greater Share % show PL commitment at discounted rates - period of no news Nov - Feb16 SP under pressure in Bear Oil Market - get ready for Take over . Perfect discount deal storm (and the market are facilitating the with ignorance) with the way the MM's are treating the SP - as I said use the -ve in your favour. Given the Blue Sky upside of say 70pthere's the attraction ( Why share it with the Market) - think this month is his last MM play - either the MM's buy into the growth or not from an PL point - I'll buy it as a steal. Sorry last point PL contributed +50% to complete Placing deal 4th Nov ((which was a negative fund raising move buy the man stood tall bore the financial pain personally) , share price fell, tested the market 13th Nov 300k shares market fell, just fuels his strategic argument to react - DONT need the market anymore to raise funds - MM's superfluous to requirement as they say - don't need this public accountability trash for a medium short project which will take time to deliver with an unforgiving Market. At 6.47p I think he could be well on his way to having the last laugh on the Monkeys, with 22.38% PPC valued just +£31m - dumb the calcs down 525m shares in issue he has 117m forget conversion CLN - Brokers label (OVERTLY) fairly NAV 20p before Blue Sky at 70p ish - is this the first shot across the bow at a take out/knock proprietary offer - a benchmark statement. I notice no PL interviews video, if I were in his shoes I'd be resolute and FXxx the market & use their insane discount to get my company back cheap. I think the 303k shares was a tester - no market reaction after the deluge of great concession deals - leave us bemused - and the Core NAV slide 20p is a cheap deal for PL but make sure we the PI's are reasonably OK at 20p with commercial argument - defining the exit value. I just feel sad to lose PPC as an investment with so much promise. Thx for the post - you've helped my lack of knowledge which is not difficult with a clear explanation for me on output - it is frustrating seeing the ARG BOPD needle stuck in neutral when we neeed cash & trading improvements. PPC needs to throw its strategic emphasise into +ve cashflow thru production we will get to the 20p NAV core quickly and move onwards. Hopefully this 2015 last chapter - draws a line under the SP performance & as my shrink says forgive the past (MM's) & may the market may look to the blue sky going forward when Oil supply globally corrects. For me nothing new in Corp Pres - the Key here is control of Arg Production and the slides for future Arg were unclear - not robust and lacked Clarity, no use of funds, even strategy for Frac or not to frac sign of under funding - sort Arg Prod = Cashflow & then the MM's are not agitated - which should be 1000 bopd easily after say $3m capex & Dev - RBL funding will fall out positively on solid news with net pay after $70boe revenue with volume. PL has show immense Landlord Propriety skills now - it is time to become an engineer and milk the potential oil flow cash - I thought to much of that Corp PRes was historical time and no rigour for the transition to 'Blue Sky' by investment. I don't doubt for 1 second we are 70p, but as with Moses at Mt Sinau let you shareholders go - give PI's the business plan that delivers - IMO this is a transition for more news post AGM, when he gains more control of funding. GL. We understand why PL has over extended on Land/Concessions at the expense of current cashflow - what aggressive business has not done that and achieved great growth - little debt here. Don't make the 'Blue Sky' E & P needs a Skyfall moment - he won't as the World bank & others will control deliverance - to me the Pirity 100% for bladders is worth the pain and the only thing I note is that there is investment in refining capacity in the big P so infrastructure is moving at a slow pace. PV - A Stubborn partner like an Ex wife raised many issues in Paraguay - it failed - THIS IS one of the E & P risks the Mega point is end result - did we succeed in going forward - We could have had a Nightmare from PV of discourse - doesn't anyone acknowledge the skills PL & The BOD performed to add value and settle this for bladders -unless there are other games - Short/Short -ve . Invest elsewhere. SP down -ve 70% after we have resolved the problem - Something not right here.
