Amerisur announced on Monday this week that it has agreed with Ecuadorian state oil company Petroamazonas EP to construct and commission an oil pumping station at Chiritza on the RODA pipeline from Cuyebeno to the SOTE pipeline at Lago Agrio in the country, which will add 4,000 barrels of oil a day to Amerisur’s output.

No one wants an Oil spike per se but a sustained increased level of POO to attract investment and reward risk and infra structural investment. We are in for a gentle ride and when the MM's realise KSA and Russia can't deliver the shortfall and other OPEC members are at capacity - we need a sustained $85-90 POO to balance Demand constriction and the industry.
