“Prior to and following the recent RNS and Webinar, Pantheon received a number of questions which we fully intend to address. In the past, we have not always had time at the end of an already lengthy Webinar to address all questions and to accept new questions arising from the content shared. To make sure we do not miss anything, we are going to provide answers through several planned sessions.

We will trial a session through "Investor Meet Company" in the next 10 days to address a number of more general questions that have been raised and to share the plan for meeting our strategy goal of sustainable market recognition of a value of $5-$10 per barrel of expected oil recovery.

We promised a webinar to expand on the frac and completion optimisation in the Ahpun Field and implications for commercial development. We will take this opportunity to answer questions related to the Alkaid-2 well and any outstanding questions.

When we receive the first Netherland, Sewell & Associates report we will RNS the content and conduct a webinar during which we will address the questions related to the Kodiak Field, the newly added leases and other related questions.

For regulatory and compliance reasons, Pantheon will not engage on social media and any questions that investors or others may have should be addressed to contact@pantheonresources.com where we will respond to questions in a timely manner.”

I’m genuinely surprised everyone hasn’t filtered Louis/OilManJim. He contributes absolutely nothing of value to the board.

Leave him to talk to himself - then maybe LSE will take the many complaints/reports seriously and bin him.

In my view, we will look back fondly on today as the turning point for Pantheon. I was always confident in the asset; but my conviction is that we have now shifted up a gear commercially - and I suspect this is only the beginning. Anyone still short is skating on increasingly thin ice!

CheckOut, taking your hypothesis a little further; if Pantheon are locked in negotiations (which I strongly believe they are likely to be), public disclosures could only seriously jeopardise a potential deal. I take the current lack of comms from Pantheon as being very positive indeed. I cannot, for one minute, conceive of David Hobbs tolerating the BoD hiding behind the sofa hoping the storm will blow over. He was engaged to sort Pantheon out, and I have every confidence he will fully achieve his objectives! IMO loyal investors will ultimately be rewarded but, as ever, DYOR.

Beardozer. I wouldn’t be too concerned about State interference in Pantheon’s plans, considering oil revenues provide ~85% of Alaska’s income. And all Pantheon’s acreage is on State land.

Peaky, I agree that the succession of raised hopes and disappointments are bl**dy frustrating and, at times, dispiriting; but Pantheon are operating in a geographically hostile environment, so setbacks are, I suppose, inevitable. The fundamentals, however, have not changed - and the endorsement of the quality of the asset, by world class independent experts (one of which asked to be paid in royalties rather than $2.7million cash), drive my investment decision. I’m long, and I’ll follow the science and ignore those with a vested financial interest in discrediting the investment case.

Neverlearn, can’t comment on 88e - but are you claiming that SLB’s (Schlumberger) estimate of 17.8billion Bbls of oil in place on Pantheon acreage, and Wood McKenzie’s statement that Theta West #1 represents “the fourth largest discovery well globally in 2022” are somehow Pantheon driven hype?

I am a long term Pantheon shareholder with a substantial holding. I hope that 88e and Pantheon both succeed, and that their shareholders are amply rewarded for their loyalty and patience. I take no pleasure in witnessing retail shareholders lose their hard earned savings, so I wish you every success with Hickory.

Can I again appeal to shareholders not to construct a loudhailer for Louis/OilManJim by responding to his toxic, ill informed drivel? If you don’t respond (and better still filter him), he’ll just burble to himself and eventually drag his sorry ass off to inflict his groundless fear and uncertainty elsewhere.

IMO, current option agreements should be rescinded. There should then be shareholder representation on the Remuneration Committee with equal voting rights to those currently resident - and David Hobbs to have the casting vote. Goodbye rewards for under performance…

Read the article (and denial) with interest. It’s not unknown for a prominent short seller to use contacts in the press as a megaphone for his strategies, as witnessed in a fairly recent article in the business section of a leading UK Sunday paper, casting serious doubts on the Pantheon investment case (which he happened to be shorting).

I fully support sittingbush’s post. This is a critical time for the directors to clearly demonstrate that their interests are fully aligned with those of their investors. Happy to be corrected on this, but my understanding is that David Hobbs is the only member of the Board to actually haves significant amount of his own money (not granted via options) invested in the company..

Dear All. For those of us wondering if we’ve backed the right horse (and who hasn’t occasionally lol?) can I STRONGLY recommend reading #alaskagephiz-commentary thread on Flight’s Discord channel. This gentleman had a long and distinguished career in many roles in the O&G industry (much of it in Alaska) and came out of retirement in 2014 to join Ed Duncan at Great Bear Petroleum as exploration manager, involved in the justification for (and later drilling of) Alkaid #1. IMO it’s a technical tour de force and almost certainly guaranteed to help you sleep soundly at night - it’s certainly boosted my confidence beyond measure! Happy reading…
