See2020/tel etc where did you guys see the news from smarteye talking about the money required. Was there a second RNS. Released by them today? If so could anyone provide a link. I can only find there design win rns. TIA.

I just find it funny that when this tw*t came on this board for the first time he was saying how he’s a see investor and would like advice. On a recent email to kk from myself he stated that they still do anticipate the oems to make the decision before year end “or they wouldn’t have said it”. So hopefuly there are a flurry of RNSs within the next 6 weeks.

Don’t give him too much attention there’s never any research only negativity. I’m with tel here think positive and positive things will happen. Don’t heed his negativity. He’s topped up and thinks it don’t have legs to go up. Baxter just put your money in your bank and get 1% interest a year. You will be happier. Can’t be bothered for your negativity with no backing.

The smile on his face tells me a story of he knows that their onto a winner and he’s waiting for the market to catch up and sp to explode. Does anyone know how many shares mike holds?

I appreciate we don’t know what is coming when but we were expecting 4 by year end (June). As per what KK said of the 4 we have won 1 what do you guys think the other 3 are likely to be? Asia generally take a lot of time to make the decisions, but when they do I feel they will want to get the work done asap imo.

RNS process is not to be used for general updates apparently . Regulators tell SEE what they are allowed to publish.

This is his words from the email. “We are awaiting decision on 3 OEM RFQs. Their decision making process and thinking are not visible to us. To the best of our knowledge, we expected these by the end of the financial year - we remain hopeful to win them and be able to announce them.

If we didn't expect them in that time frame we wouldn't have mentioned them. When and if we know more we'll let investors know. The introduction of Euro NCAP and other legislative movements had actually slowed the decision making as OEMs decide how to deal with the emerging requirements.

Regarding aviation, you've seen the recent announcement that confirm commercial decisions are being made. We expect more of the same and, like automotive, don't control the timing.”

Q) was wondering whether there is any further update on the fleet situation. I believe you mentioned 27,000 connected units by year end 2020. Is this going to be achieved due to further contract wins with our guardian solution or is there a ramp up in the fittings. As I believe there was an issue with the capacitors etc in May/June 2018.

We have a fleet update in the works that will give everyone an understanding of the business. If you missed it, have a look at a recent Proactive Investor interview with Paul McGlone the GM of the fleet business. Having moved to from direct selling (except for global customers) to a re-seller model, installations are no longer done by Seeing Machine but by the re-sellers. The hardware issues have been resolved and units have been shipping for some time now. We expect about 16k units installed by the end of June 19 and a total of 27k units by the end of next year.

Q) With regards to auto I congratulate you once again on the wins that you have recently mentioned. It has been mentioned that there are another 4 RFQs in play before year end in June. If you could shed any light in this it would be great?

There's not much to report. of the four, we've picked up one an announced that a few weeks ago. As you can imagine, the decision making time frame is totally out of our control and we just have to wait patiently and answer flow on questions from the OEM until they finalise their decisions.

Q) You mentioned in one your videos with regards to aviation? Is there any further movements in this field to signing a contract with an aviation company/simulation company with revenue to be provided to us.

Nothing material at this point - otherwise we'd have announced it.

Thanks for the reply S7, I’m hoping he hasn’t replied to any emails because he is snowed under with work. Rather than abseiling down a building in Canberra. Fingers crossed a few RNSs start to drop to move this from 3p. As tel has been saying it’s 45 trading days till end of June. Still got 4 RFQs to be decided upon. One every 10 days will do us nicely. May even get to 3.50p if we’re lucky to see ifthat happens.

The fleet update was the few weeks mentioned in September 18 or recently in the results? As usual no reply from ken asking normal questions rather than giving him grief. He still can’t be bothered to reply.
