I still don't understand why anyone would simply hand over the control of their assets without trying to ensure they get best value in any sale?

Btw is any one else realy interested in why we have heard nothing 're Duferco shares, and why they would not have converted now, especially with prices increasing...

If we don't get some movement off the back of Largo today something is seriously wrong. BMN got their first and are way ahead but the message was very clear so the market reacted well shows the interest and demand are there and we may just be thankful to Largo for the eventual recovery in BMN price?
Or it's just a better market :) not aim

What a great easily absorbed announcement from Largo. It looks like they will be making the batteries, from my quick skim read, which I guess is much easier to fathom than the convoluted amalgam we have with BE/BMN.
Market seems to like it as well.
Come on bushy, sort the story and make things nice and clear for Joe blogg, then we fly..

Fortune again mentioned the way BMN is seen as a miner relative to IES which he sees as being viewed as a energy tech co with a different value model, or words to the effect. I suggest there is something in the pipe re this and maybe not a rebranding but something to promote the energy/tech side of the business, or as we wont actually make anything battery wise for now, then how we at least fit in to this jigsaw.

I do feel the message has been heard or the BOD at least see now is the time to start promoting the business in this way.

Reading the board today it is so clear how many questions there are re the business, what it intends, and how, who with and in what way... and we are true believers. That and the big seller are keeping us down, but as I said earlier I feel a change is really on the horizon and we are about to witness the fruition of much of the planning thus far with the hidden things finally becoming clear, I hope anyway QED the comment on Enerox in the call.

Sanchez, the market needs to understand the vertical integration yes but more importantly WHAT that integration actually brings. Presently even if we had an Eskom tender win tomorrow I don't think the market would know how to value the business as we are in a JV with "someone", ourselves quoting for " not quite sure what parts of the tender", based on a commercial breakdown between said JV parties of "...?"

IES a battery maker has not given values, but a stated aim for market growth in an easy to understand proposition in a hot market segment so the market has just absorbed the dilution today and will probably see SP growth. BMN is not easy to comprehend and until this is resolved we will stagnate I think, the questions and shadows don't help either particularly around BE, electrolyte production. It may not be until we see the numbers on the balance sheet that the market gets BMNs wonderful strategic planning, then the stock land grab will commence?

Don't get me wrong I think (and hope) we are about to see a big shift "imminently"

Why won't 40 IIs invest in Bushveld Minerals the mining co but will invest in Invinity the current loss making Aim listed battery company, without a massive discount to recent SP?
Does this not highlight the issue clearly!
Not meant as a negative btw but disproves the whole anti Aim argument many make re why we don't attract IIs if correct.

I wish Bushveld could write an RNS like that...

I think you have tp consider the natire of the development of the vaccine. The while wolrd was screaming for one and so much money has been poured in to develop as quickly as possible, with additional resource and focus as developers all knew they would be able to sell it. This has been a wartime type all hands to the pump necessity and that brings a different dynamic surely. As long as it passes the tests why does the time taken prove to be an issue.
Social media snipes and suggestions of lack testing/safety help no one and only spread doubt and fear which don't help the world one bit
